Just because you don't have point spreads by the teams you pick old man does not mean that the point spreads don't apply. The rules are the same for everyone across the board. Since I DO know the point spreads you will be charged wins where you win and charged with losses where you lose. Just remember that old man!!! Remember to take your ginkoba and your meds too!!! 😛

Oakland +4 @ Miami--- I believe that Oakland ( and I hate to admit it ) is better than everyone thinks. I think that Oakland's defense is top notch so that will keep this game close. I think special teams decide this game.

Houston -3 @ Atlanta--- Houston is just better than Atlanta. Joey Harrington had a great game last week. Let's see if he can duplicate that. If he does, I could be wrong on this pick. If he doesn't, Joey might be looking to see if Leftwich is putting on his helmet.

Baltimore -4 1/2 @ Cleveland--- Baltimore does just enough to win and nothing more. If memory serves me, they have yet to cover this year and, in fact, didn't cover too much last season. Even though Baltimore is MUCH better than Cleveland, I will take the Browns and the points.

Chicago -3 @ Detroit--- Let's see here, Bears make a QB change to Brian Griese and the oddmakers put the Bears as favorite. Now I know that Rex Grossman is probably a better grocery bagger or cart pusher than he is a quarterback, but you have Brian Griese. This is not his father Bob Griese. Brian has been a huge disappointment and that can't be overstated enough. So the Lions who are a much improved squad and a gunning type of offense is suppose to lay down and die here because da 'Bears are coming to town. I don't think so. Look at how Dallas offense wore down the vaunted Bears defense and attack. The Lions BIG over the Bears.

Green Bay -1 1/2 @ Minnesota --- I am not sipping on the Packers Kool-aid yet. They have won with smoke and mirrors. Minnesota secondary is suspect to Farve and company but I HAVE to see more. I am taking the points and the homestanding Vikings.

St.Louis + 13 @ Dallas--- Is Dallas that good??? Yeah, they are that good. Look for this to be over at the half then take your remote from DirectTV and find an interesting game.

New York Jets -3 1/2 @ Buffalo--- The Jets are the better team here. And playing in Buffalo in September is much better than playing them in December. I think the Jets roll over here and give themselves some confidence and momentum for the Battle of New York next Sunday.

Tampa Bay +3 1/2 @ Carolina--- Carolina has not been impressive. That is a fact. But I think they will play well this week at home against Tampa Bay. I will take the Panthers and lay the points.

Seattle -2 @ San Francisco--- The Steelers proved to the 49ers last week that they still need to improve. Seattle had a big come from behind win against Cincinnati and I think that they will ride high against the 49ers. Taking the Seahawks.

Pittsburgh -5 1/2 @ Arizona--- Arizona has played three tough games and all decide by a field goal. They played the 49ers in SF and lost by a late FG and then they played the Seahawks at home and won by a FG and then played Baltimore in Baltimore and lost by a FG. So basically what I am saying is the point spread is too high. Will Pittsburgh win this game??? No question. But it will be by a field goal. Taking the Cardinals.

Kansas City +11 1/2 @ San Diego--- Is San Diego pissed??? They should. They have played like shit to this point. Norv Turner ( who in my opinion is a better coordinator than he is a coach ) has lost as many games as his Marty Schottenhiemer did a year ago. You saw Rivers and Tomlinson jawing at each other on the sideline last week. I think Kansas City is in SERIOUS trouble here. I think all the Chargers frustrations come out in this game. Chargers an easy win over the Chiefs.

Denver +9 1/2 @ Indianapolis--- I will be impressed if Culter out does Payton Manning. But I just don't think it will happen. I think the Colts win this one easy. Giving up the points and taking the Colts.

Philadelphia -3 @ New York Giants--- THe Eagles played a great game last week. Look for them to to take advantage of the Giants secondary as the Giants front 7 will never catch McNabb. Eagles to win a tough one in the Meadowlands.

New England -7 @ Cincinnati--- This is going to be a fun game. This will be a shootout. You will probably see a 38-28 game or something like that. But unfortunately, the Patriots ( who will probably cheat in this game too!!! ) will come out on top.

Those are the picks for week #4 in the NFL!!! Have a Great weekend everyone and remember you don't happen to make it, YOU make it happen!!! Enjoy the games everyone!!!

TICKLINGFEET4U... Thats a good one...(patriots will prolly cheat in this one too) whats unfortunate for you is that the last 2 games we didnt cheat and what did we do to those teams... the same we did to the JETS. Dont get to jealous here but come on look at the stats and record and umm the schedule easily a 14-2 record this year. Maybe a loss to the colts, u can choose the next one for me cause i really cant figure it out:ranty:

Hey your warm and fuzzy coach has branded the organization as cheaters. It puts your last 7 years into question. The Patriots and your organization that you root for are cheaters. Face facts, move on!!!

I missed you guys...couldn't stay away for the season

Sunday, September 30th, 2007

Oakland +4 @ Miami - Pep starting at QB, LJ pounding the ball - the Raiders run a win down the throat of Joey Porter...

Houston -3 @ Atlanta - I dont like either team here...D Hall might be benched for the Falcons which will hurt their secondary but without Andre Johnson I dont think the Texans have the offensive weapons...

Baltimore -4 1/2 @ Cleveland - The Ravens are still my pick this year to win it all...

Chicago -3 @ Detroit - last shot for the Bears to impress in my book...

Green Bay -1 1/2 @ Minnesota - the Vikings D is good then so was San Diego's...Farve will do what Farve does best and the Packers D will bend and not break to the Vikings ground game...

St.Louis + 13 @ Dallas - kills me this pick...40-10 Dallas

New York Jets -3 1/2 @ Buffalo - again I'm not feeling this game, home team with points...

Tampa Bay +3 1/2 @ Carolina - neither team is screaming out pick me so I'm going with the points in a close one...

Seattle -2 @ San Francisco - the 49ers found out what happens when they play a better team - not saying a blow out here but I think Seattle will cover...

Pittsburgh -5 1/2 @ Arizona - they are playing Steelers football, enough said...

Kansas City +11 1/2 @ San Diego - lets here it for big Norv...

Denver +9 1/2 @ Indianapolis - donks with the points, even though I'm hoping for a Colts blowout and draw in the Kansas - San Diego game I really think the donks keep this close...

Philadelphia -3 @ New York Giants - not jumping on the McNabb wagon just yet but I like them here...

program notes: I was going to explain some of my picks, but then I figured, why bother? People probably won't read it anyway. And, as a charter member of the under 50% club, they would probably be advised not to. I will say that I've successfully picked all of the Eagles and Giants' games incorrectly up to this point (so stay away from my pick in that game is, I guess, what I'm saying). Good luck to everyone!
