I been watching football since i could remember, the offensive and defensive linemen was all over the field, the greatest defense in those days was the ones with d-linemen chasing down the running back, lineman those days use to be able to cover from side line to side line.

now looking at these 320 -340 - 360 lbs linemen trying to get in their stance is sicking. you can't run a screen pass because the o-line can't make in front of the running back, if they do their too fat to bend down to hit anyone.

d-linemen are soo fat that can't run pass 10 years without stopping. they run like i do now at 44 and i haven't ran in 10 years.

but it not just NFL, college and even high school linemen are overweight. i believe this is not good for the game, i believe they should have a max weight of 300 lbs.
