Wes Unseld Rest in Peace

I remember well his battles with Knicks in the late 60/early 70s against another undersized "big man" Willis Reed. Unseld was a great player, unselfish, team oriented. Its absolutely incredible to realize that he routinely battled in the pivot (back when that was a part of basketball) with the Chamberlains and Jabbars - men 6 to 7 inches taller than him. Great player, great competitor, rest in peace.
 
RIP Wes Unseld. Big Sports Figure growing up in the DMV area. As a young hooper, I'll always remember him as the Godfather of The Outlet Pass.
