Ok, I'm game to throw this out here.
I live in....wait for it......Western Virginia!
As the stats under me name say, I am a male ler. Mostly. Occasionally, i'm willing to be bound and tickle by the right woman/women. Rare, but it do happen. I am seeking out women in the West Virgina (the state, next door to me), Maryland, DC, Virginia (really?), and maybe, juuuust maybe North Carolina. Ok, and just as maybe, extreme SE Kentucky (big maybe, and I mean if they can't hear you laugh on the VA side of the border, you're too far west).
