What are you watching?

I just finished watching TMOHS and i do admit, something about this anime really grabbed me by the balls. I don't know what it is, but for some reason it just appeals on so many levels. I can't wait for the next season of anime and the transfer of books to manga.

Recently i've also been watching Berserk(not new, i've watched it a few times before and still love the series) Naruto, and Bleach, both execelent series.

I also recently watched an anime called "Voices from a distant star". I found this anime both bueatiful and bitter sweet. It's a short, onely one episode and i don;t think it lasts more then 45 mins if that. It's about a young girl who joins the space force(piloting giant mecha, surprise surprise) to fight an alien force. This in itself is nothing new. However, whats interesting, is that this girl comunicates with her boyfriend, whose still on earth, via Cell phone text messages. As the conflict continues, her ship travels further and further away from earth. The further she gets, the longer it takes for her text messages to get to earth. By the end of the series, she is sending text messages that will take ten years for her boyfriend to get. This anime is particulerly lovely, in my opinion, and deffinitly worth the watch if you have some time.

Cowboy Bebop is awesome man. If you like that, you should check out his other one - Samurai Champloo. There's a reason Mugen's in my sig.

Funny...I did the same thing to one of my friends with Akira. Leo DiCaprio's turning it into a live-action film soon...ish.

Just finished Black Lagoon. Freaking ruled. Here's hoping they get to a third season.

Anyone watch Chevlier D'Eon or Speed Grapher? Two very different things, but I highly recommend as well.

Berserk is still bad ass.

i loved death note and i'm about to watch it again. i never understood why someone can practically get a crush on an imaginary character, though. but i definitely love L, he and Near make the whole series. i'm not too interested in the movie, tho.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Lucky Star. I love both of these anime's. I just finished watching 'The Third: The girl with the blue eye." IGN got me hooked on that.

I just finished Shijō Saikyō no Deshi Kenichi (History's strongest disciple Kenichi) - again.
I'm totally in love with the silliness and friendship/love kind of thing, kawaii
But I don't know if anything can beat Great Teacher Onizuka, that Ero-kun is the best ever!

I just watched through Tokko, after a friend recommended it to me. After that I watched one episode of Devil May Cry, but although it seemed ok I haven't kept watching just yet.

Oh and I'm kinda, sorta watching through the Hellsing OVA's again while I'm waiting for the next one to be done.
