What are some of your favorite cities that you like to visit ?

Houston Texas. I think everyone remembers when I hallucinated an angel and it told me to go there to work with Katrina survivors. But you know what, I honestly fell in love with that city.
 
I loved La Jolla and Santa Barbara, CA. Beautiful cities, but not "city" if that makes sense. La Jolla has a beach where masses of sealions come ashore...it's amazing to watch these animals from only a few feet away.
 
I've been to Amsterdam twice, can't wait to go back again
 
I haven't been to all that many places, but of those I have visited my favorites are:

Within my own state - Green Bay, WI and any city up on Lake Superior, Ashland being my favorite.

Within the country, but out of state - I thoroughly enjoyed visiting Albany, NY. I know the train stewards kept referring to it as "Smallbany" as we were approaching it, but it was such a nice, quiet, and rathe rural city, even though it did have a bit of the big city feel being the capital of NY. I was amazed a city in the state of NY, especially the capital, could be so welcoming and comfortable and just downright HOMEY. It is someplace I would seriously considering moving to if the situation ever arose.

San Francisco. The first time I went there I felt like I was coming home. I knew the roads and my way around and everything. I get back whenever I can and someday I hope to land out in Northern Cali for good. Probably a lot further north than SF actually, like Humboldt County, but close enough to be able to get there whenever I want.

I also love Savannah, GA, especially River Rd, but really the whole city is beautiful. The waterfront in Jacksonville, FL is great, but the rest of the city leaves a lot to be desired.

Charlotte, NC- another possibility for retirement- the Queen's City. Also my favorite airport.

I see a lot of cities because I travel SO MUCH for work and it always amazes me how you can find that strip that is the same from city to city...you know, it has a Target/Walmart/Kmart, an Olive Garden, a Carraba's, a Petco or PetSmart, all the major fast foods, car dealerships, etc. I don't get the time to get away from the strip often enough.

If you do get back out to the San Francisco area, you should let us know. We have a very active tickling community here, so we could probably arrange a munch or gathering in your honor! :grouphug:

As for my favorite cities, I like so many, it's hard to choose! I love New York, for the restaurants, theaters, and frantic energy. I love Portland and Seattle because they are green and beautiful year round. I love Santa Cruz, CA because it is small, laid back, liberal, and on the beach.

I can't believe nobody's said Philadelphia yet! For shame!

San Francisco, to be certain, but I'd never wanna live there... what a zoo! Parking NIGHTMARE! Beautiful city, though. So much to see and do!

San Antonio for many of the same reasons as San Fran, and Austin as well.

Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Now THERE'S a town I could live in, at least when there wasn't a hurricane or tropical storm comin' to trash my pad.

Ah, New Orleans. Que bella! Que bonita! Yoo com wit me tu da Quarter, mah petite fleur?

Madrid. Didn't see enough of that city the one time I was there, cause we were on the way to the sand box to spank Saddam (the first time).

And too many cities in England and Germany to list, also thanks to my travellin' days on the Air Force's dime.

Rome. Ain't never been. Hear it's nice. And Athens. St. Petersburg. Sydney. Wellington. Hong Kong. Tokyo. Hey, who's payin' for all this, anyhow? :blaugh:

As a matter of fact, I'll be there towards the end of the year. Seems as though a couple vacation days are in order!

While I have a new affection for Philadelphia after recent events, I still think of it as Filthydelphia. I wonder if I'm gonna be sorry I said that? :xpeepsofa

Totally. How could I forget? Best Nascar simulators in the country! I'll be there in September baby!
 
Santa Barbara, where I was born and raised, Pearl City Hawaii (most of my pop's family lives there), Puerto Vallarta MX, St George Bermuda. Locally, Rio Del Mar (for so many reasons!) 😉
And Sicily, where I've never been, to see Mama's side of the fam... :rotate:

LOL. Great reference, Steph! Heh. I sure used to be. If it were legal, I'd probably STILL be! I just want to know what it would be like to smoke hash legally, publically, and without fear of discovery. I can't even imagine it.
 
:evilha: An old friend came to stay with black tar hashish (is that the right term?) from Germany recently. I never touch anything like that as a rule but they convinced me and I was out all day--never again! :evilha:

That sounds like Hash OIL to me, but I've been out of the scene for a long time.

Another city I'd like to visit would be Rio De Janeiro on the coast of Brazil. I'm told the most beautiful women in the world can be seen there.
 
Apart from the people I love Sydney but my favourite will always be Munich.......home.

My fave places to visit are FL, and some of the places I visited in CA . I'm definetly goin back to CA next year (then I'll finally get to have some tickling fun with other TMF members :bouncybou )
