I'd like to hear what y'all think about the tickling mags that are out there (photo layouts). I'm partial to HOM's "Tied and Tickled" periodical, especially the latter isues. In the earlier ones, the models appear to be in pain rather than being tickled.

I also have a couple of "Tickling", "Ticklish", and "House of Games" issues, but I don't think they rank up there with HOM's quality. What do others think? Basically, I want to know if I'm missing out. There are very few stores in my area that cater to the tickling community and sometimes I feel like I'm single handedly buying up the extremely limited supply of the stores that do.

TIED & TICKLED from HOM is good.

Then from Lyndon Distributors you've got
TICKLING
TICKLISH
THE TICKLING SCENE

Other titles I've collected are
TICKLING LETTERS
TICKLISH TARTS
GIGGLE GALS
BOUND & BREATHLESS
TICKLED BONDAGE TALES
OVER 200 TICKLING PICTURES

Best Tickling Magazine title ever?
MTJ's TALES FROM THE ASYLUM

Are any of those magazines still publishing?

Soleshine, do you know when the "latter" issues of Tied & Tickled came out? Are any tickling magazines still publishing? I assume they are not, with so much free stuff you can see on the Internet. I have not even shopped tickling magazines in ten years.

The first three Tied & Tickled magazines, published in the mid 1980s, were good. The magazine deteriorated after that. Of course, if Tied & Tickled still publishes, I cannot speak for its quality, as I haven't seen it. The best Tied & Tickled spread had none other than Desi DeAngelo tickling a restrained knockout who used the name Nikki Dial.

Tickling, Ticklish, andThe Tickling Scene hit the adult book store racks in the early 1990s. Some of their pictorials were good and some were lame. The best photo spread I remember from those titles had a woman who looked like she was from Pakistan tickling a Chinese-looking woman who was tied to a sofa.

I liked Tied and Tickled, although it's been years since I bought a copy. I'll bet some mags are still being published because they're still making tickling videos. Still-shot mags would be almost cost-free spinoffs from those endeavors.

By the way soleshine I like your site! Thanks for access.

I certainly have not seen any new issues in at least 5 years, and I have been looking. I kind of miss them, actually.

I scanned a pile of old magazines a while back. I posted 2001 of these scans to AMT in 2001. Last year I posted them to Tickle Theatre. All F/F except for a handful of F/M. I imagine they can still be found at Tickle Theatre.

I still have quite a few vintage 80's/ 90's mags that I never look at - all in great condition- if anyone cares to discuss purchase or trade...............

Wow, I didn't think this would ever be responded to. It's almost a year later! Anyway, to answer Em Es's question, I sincerely doubt anyone is bothering with publishing actual magazines anymore, but I'm still finding old back issues of "Tied and Tickled" and "Tickling" in more enlightened stores in the North, South, and East Coast. It's just a matter of weeding through all the other bondage stuff.

Leg Show

I know I have seen several photos in Leg Show, and read several letters. In fact I addapted one into a story (It is Too Laugh) back when I was SlaverTickler.

Try three years, Sole! 🙂 And the best tickling magazine is still in production. I'm of course talking about Tales From The Asylum from MTJ Publications. I strongly recommend checking it out if you've not already done so. Scroll up a bit in this thread and see their response.

Although it's been eons since I made a purchase, I'm still apparently on Lyndon Distributors' mailing-list, and periodically recieve sales flyers for magazines from them(and HOM). Not sure if they're still publishing NEW issues, but there are still copies of TICKLING, THE TICKLING SCENE, TICKLED TWOSOMES, and other titles amongst the bondage and fetish material. Pretty cheap, too, at about $4/$5-a-pop. I've seen many of the photos from these uploaded to the Net, but sometimes, it's nicer to have the pix in print.

BTW--I'd love to score some of those early issues of TIED AND TICKLED from anyone who has `em and might be willing to part with `em for a reasonable rate.

I remember the first time I walked into an adult bookstore and saw TIED AND TICKLED on the rack. My mouth hit the floor, and all the blood rushed to my...erm...head. It confirmed that I wasn't alone.
