What book are you reading right now?

Cool Amish...

I was gonna read the old guitarists(from Korn), but I'm not into his 'philosophy'.

Just finished the newest Sookie Stackhouse novel which was pretty damn good. Now it's on to finish one about Mary Stuart or move to a modern retelling of Robin Hood.

I have the latest Playboy for the articles...................

"Snooki's Guide to Etiquette"....... ok, "21": The book about the M.I.T. teams that took a blackjack up the side of the casinos' head at the blackjack tables.(and to some degree had the favor returned of course) Their team approach to "counting" etc was amazing.

The Amber Spyglass by Philip Pullman. Book 3 the trilogy of His Dark Materials.

Almost done Dean Koontz "Cold Fire" then moving on to "Relentless" also by him.

The Amber Spyglass by Philip Pullman. Book 3 the trilogy of His Dark Materials.

This is one of my favorite book series ever! I don't think I had ever read a book that left me with so many different thoughts to explore and new ideas to play around with. Which was awesome since it's a fiction series. The only one that has ever come as close is Ender's Game. Enjoy!

Cold Fire was good!... Currently Sporting News, Offical Baseball Guide 1969 and Broadwalk Empire.

"Easy" Office 2010 , which appears to be written in a foreign language.

I have a copy of The Federalist by J.R. Pole I'll be starting on soon.

"Breaking Dawn" Yes, a Twilight book. I've been reading it for a year or so now. I breezed through the other 3 books, but since so many people have ruined this one for me, I lack the motivation to keep reading it, but I will before the movie comes out.

A book I plan to start reading soon is "Atonement".

I hate to read, I really do. So typically, if I see a movie that's based off a book and I like it, I might read the book too. For other people, it's the other way around, but I want to make sure I don't waste my time. That's how I started the Twilight series, even though the movie was horrendous. I figured that Catherine Hardwicke (the director, if you even want to call her that) raped the book and I knew there had to be so much more to this "phenomenon" than the movie let on and I was right.

I saw "Atonement" via Netflix while Flatfoot slept through the whole thing (typical) and decided that I totally had to read the book.

Making my way through "The Color of Magic" book 1 in the 25 book series by Terry Prachet.

Also "Second Foundation" by Issac Asimov, book 2 of 7 I think.

I just finished "Guilty Pleasures" by Laurell K. Hamilton.

Library Day on Monday! Yay! :bounce:

Just finished Jpod by Douglas Coupland - most epic book I have ever read. Now I'm really torn about
what to read next, will probably just pick one by random.
