It's gonna be interesting to see how he and Conan O'Brien deal with the "lack of funny" when they return to their posts, sans writers, on Jan 2nd as I'm hearing. Apparently one answer is to load up each show with a gaggle of guests.
To the Dane Cook haters: I'm not that big a fan but who doesn't like a B, DOUBLE E, DOUBLE R, U, N... BEER RUN!!! B, DOUBLE E, DOUBLE R, U, N... BEEEEEER RUNNNNNNN!!! 😛
I don't have any comedian I'd wish death on or extremely hate, but my tolerance for one particular NBC, late night host is particularly thin... especially since the Walker Texas Ranger Lever disappeared... Excess knows what and who I speaketh of... and the funny was lacking even with the writers.

Good one, MistressValerie! Dane Cook is ridiculously unfunny, and Larry the Cable Guy's almost as bad, but neither one of them broadcasts their unfunniness from as ginormous a national pedestal as Leno does, night after night after night...

Did you know he makes $250 to $300,000 a show. He pretty much makes that every night. He has been the highest paid comedian for the last 3 years. Why, I dont know. I saw all this on his tv special the other day.

Let's see, Lisa Lampanelli... check. Carlos Mensia (A.K.A. Ned Holtz, A.K.A. Carlos Menstealya)... check. Dane Cook... big obnoxious check. How about Carrottop? He isn't the least bit funny and is ugly as homemade soup. I think Lewis Black and George Carlin need to go Pulp Fiction on all of the above mentioned. 'Nuff said.

Lisa Lampinelli and Carrot Top definitely...I'm actually rather fond of Dane Cook and Carlos Mencia personally...Jerry Seinfeld I hate with the undying fiery fury of a thousand suns...but I'm pretty much alone on that one I'm sure...
PS: Ever since his wife died George Carlin has gone kinda downhill as well. I saw him live about a year ago and he bombed so horribly people were actually heckling him and/or leaving all together...

Oh no you're not alone there, oh famed Cat of Legend, I just didn't have the cojones to post the fact that I dislike Seinfeld immensely on this community for fear of flaming by Seinfeld fans here... he just is not funny. I dislike him more than Conan!

Funny you mention Conan. He'd be my choice for this dubious award. To me, the guy just is not entertaining. The only thing he's done that I liked as far as I'm concerned was tickling Sarah Silverman during an interview.

I don't remember when it was, it was like a few months back, but they were talking about something and he kept reaching over and tickling her neck. She has a great laugh.
Edit: Actually, I checked IMDB, and I think it was on the January 29th episode of this year. NBC's video gallery doesn't seem to go that far, but hopefully there's clips of it somewhere.

Conan would be my second choice after Leno. He has evolved from bland and unfunny to annoying and still unfunny. The only thing I ever liked about his show was Triumph the Insult Comic Dog.

Ah yes, so make it Triumph and the Walker Texas Ranger Lever...only good thing he did on top of that was his shows in Toronto, which weren't overtly worse...and the crowds were much more lively!
