what ever happened to an avatar story

there was this Avatar the last air bender story a while ago. It was about Azula, Ty Lee, and Mai where they tickled each other and they tried to resist laughing to see who was the toughest. I was wondering what ever happened to it, does anyone know.

Aren't all those characters considered underage?

That could be why the story is nowhere to be found. Hm.
