What exactlly does this place sell?

A sign in front of an area convenience store. I've been inside it, and it's typical of the few mom-and-pop grocery stores that are still functioning, i.e. not much selection on the shelves, lots of beer, soda, ready-to-eat food and last-minute-stuff like milk and eggs. Still, part of me imagines a secret stairway leading to a basement dungeon. Maybe I should discreetly ask the proprietors...😀
