Interesting question. I voted for Group of female ticklers / male ticklee. I think girls have good tickling skills and enjoy it to be in control over a guy and teach him a lesson!

It varies greatly case by case. Anybody can be ruthless under the right circumstances. 😀

I've always been of the opinion that attaching traits like ruthlessness and ticklishness to one gender or the other is stupid, as it really does depend on the individual and has nothing to do with their gender. That said, I can't help but feel like a group of gals might be particularly mean to a bound, ticklish fella, simply because I imagine that a lot of women would find it fun to have a guy totally under their control like that.
