I remember this! I used to LOVE that site! Back when it took like 25 minutes to dl a 3 megabyte clip D: Ah the good old days...
 
I haven't been to SWTickle.com in a long time, not since I was a kid and first found that site. He doesn't update it, in fact it hadn't been updated since 2000 I believe. I wouldn't worry though, because pretty much everything from that site is floating around here or at Tickle Theater somewhere.
