What happened to this site?

As far as I know (if my history is correct) the site was closed several years ago when Jeff, the founder, decided to concentrate on art and fiction instead - here: http://mtjpub.com/mtj00_home.php
I also believe he is one of the original founders of the TMF too.
Magic Touch was one of the first (and certainly the best at the time) tickling websites I ever found on the 'net.
