what happenes when you go insane?

Just wondering if anybody has ever seen or been tickled so that you go insane; what happens to the ticklee, what do they do, pass out, scream at the top of their lungs, what? 😕 🙂 😀

Insanity is a state of mind and a nice break in the day!😉 😀

My guess is that one who is tickled into insanity would be a constant giggling mass with buldging eyes
