The last "thing" I splurged on was actually an armful of DVD sets. After paying off everything I had to, I wound up with about 200 dollars left over from my tax return. I don't really watch TV when stuff's on, but do follow a few series and went on a binge, catching up on stuff I was following or wanted to finally see. Bought the entire "Underworld" trilogy (the ex kept the first two), both seasons of "Heroes", fourth season of "Battlestar Galactica", the season of "Drawn Together" I was missing, the entire "Ray Bradbury Theater" collection (25 hours of episodes for 10 bucks! Whattabahgin!) and a few stand-alone films.

And I got my dog some stuff, too. 🙂 Although he enjoys BSG.

I bought two extra 2gig memory cards so I can have a total of six and a half hour of candid recording time on my camera. I feel a little powerful, but I sure can't wait until the fall when all those delicious socked feet come out!
