What I hate about South Park! (spoilers!)

Has anyone seen the new episode of South Park where Kenny is leading the army of Heaven against the Army of Hell? I think the episode was great except when the doctors brought Kenny back to life and said he was in a vegitation state, and they had a big contriversy about whether they should pull the plug on Kenny or let him live. WHAT THE HELL! I mean... I can't remember the name of the woman thats been on the news, but God wasn't she still alive when they aired this episode? Jesus these guys have absolutly no respect do they? Did anyone else notice this?

I disagree.... If you watched the whole episode through, you'll notice that the point they made was that putting someone in that vegetative state on TV is disrespectful. They essentially were saying that both sides of the argument were using Terri for political gain. The only difference was that South Park used Kenny's missing will page to demonstrate this. If anything, respect was the point of the episode. The people who missed this point the most were the parents of Terri. If they truly cared about their daughter's privacy, then they would have kept the media out of the mess. Of course, this fiasco is just another example of emotional hysteria clouding logic.

South Park will poke fun at anybody and everybody weather it be Wacko Jacko The Pope Terri Shavo etc....... you should know that by now nemisis. The creators of the show matt and trey parker (i believe?) are just trying to make people laugh and enjoy there long running hit of a program on comedy central. while i may not find all thier shows funny or to be anything to laugh at south park is still a pretty good show i believe and not to be taken too seriously at all. after all it's just a show with animated characters on screen.

(Actually my cable company has only started showing Comedy Central for only a few weeks now, this was the first episode that actually poked fun at someone that was alive and in a crissis (That I've seend). Secondly I did watch the entire episode on Thursday. (We had a bad electical storm here and had to unplug everything) and I did see where the doctor said that Kenny never wanted to be shown on TV the way he is. But first of all wouldn't you do anything you could to save your daughters life? I know I would move heaven and hell if it saved my kids life (not that I had any) I'm still saying though. Secondly they could have waited at least a month after the woman died to air the episode, she was still alive! And someone dying of dehydration and organ faliure is nothing to laugh at. Or poke fun of!)

I wouldn't try to save a vegetable's life, whether it was my mom, son, dad, best friend, wife, whatever.... Terri was in a coma for like 15 years and was severely brain damaged. To me, killing Terri was an act of mercy. Granted, they should have gone with the euthanasia method instead of starving her. Anyway, I would try and save a relative, lover, or friend if they had just entered a coma and weren't severely brain damaged. You do realize that if Terri had somehow come out of the coma, she'd have the intellect of something resembling a dog. That's not exactly a human anymore in my opinion....
