When my wife was a student, we used incentive play for grades. If she got an "A" on an exam, she got to tie and tickle me. For a "B", I could tie and tickle her for ten minutes. For a "C", I could wait until she had a full bladder, then tie her to a tree in the woods behind the house and tickle her. For a "D", she was my tickle slave for a day, and for the rare "F", she was my tickle slave for the weekend. We also used various challenges, games, and punishments using tease/denial, and bladder play.
