I've been looking for this video for a while now, and i need help finding it.

I remember it was called something like:
The....of Laughter/The Sound of Laughter (Not sure) or something with laughter in.

The Tickler was this guy from French Tickling, I think he's called Yeba:

In the video I'm looking for, Yeba is basically blowing rasperries everywhere all over some girl.
