What is that thing they tickle with? ive seen it in a few videos, they use it on feet, its not a toothbrush, i dont think anyways.
 
I don't know if anyone will be able to help you out because "that thing they tickle with" is such a vague statement. If you could be more specific I think someone should be able to answer you question.
 
I think he's talking about that device with the metal object at the end that resembles a toothpick. Ask the guy that runs real tickling; he's around here, and uses them. If I remeber right, it did something with electricity? *shrug*
