What makes a good lee?

So my good friend Racefan started a thread asking..what makes a good ler? I thought i would start one asking what makes a good ticklee?

good reactions! i like a lee who will giggle,cackle, wiggle squirm, threaten, and speak gibberish. I hate it when someone doesnt react very well, or overreacts and just SHRIEKS instead of laughing like their being stabbed or painfully tortured, its so obnoxious.
