I've been playing the drums since i was 9 and i have always wanted to play the guitar
My very first instrument was the accordian... then came the organ... then it was the bongos and the ocarina... had a guitar briefly but the strings hurt my fingers... then it was the flute. I played the flute in band (quit laughing) for 5 years. I rented one a few years back, mostly to see if I could still play it after injuring my left hand, and to encourage a young'un that thought all the keys were intimidating after she was used to playing a recorder. We had some pretty good duets... she found out she was a natural at it. It was worth renting one just to see her gain her confidence. Been thinking of getting another... I really enjoy it.
