Second number: most of the time i like the ticklee to be...

1. A tickle masochist. Insanely ticklish with a burning desire to be tickle tortured
2. Consensual. Ticklish but willing to volunteer to be tickled.
Possibly for payment, or out of love or friendship, or as part of a game or challenge etc.
3. Reluctant. Ticklish, but fears or dislikes being tickled.
Possibly as debt, blackmail, bribe, for payment with no other options ect.
4. Nonconsensual: forced into the situation with choice or hope of escape.
