What qualifies as a 'bad laugh'?

I really don't like to use Family Guy as a basis for judging the behavior and mannerisms of people. I certainly don't use it to think about who is worth tickling or what is dating material. And that scene isn't that noteworthy anyway.

But, yes there are laughs that can turn me off. But, a good laugh is not a true quality I look for in a person.

Besides, a joke laugh can differ from a bewildering laugh. And a tickle laugh is always just a little different. I have a throaty, goofy guffawing laugh. When I am tickled I have everything from a deep gutted laugh to a breathless screeching. I always like to get a rise out of people to see their laughs.

I'm not partial to a guffaw type laugh. (No offense to anyone who laughs like that, but, there was a certain laugh of a cartoon character, I cant remember which one, that sounded like a guffaw.)

Not to be.. morbid.. but.. I've read Robert Wagner's autobiography, in which he described his late wife, Natalie Wood's, laugh, to be like a guffaw. As beautiful as she was, when I read that, it was somewhat of a downer.

I dont remember what Goofy's laugh sounded like. It's been a while since I've heard it. All I know is that guffaw laughs on girls are something I'm not partial too.

Any time the lee is laughing when not being tickled. (ok, that is more along the lines of "how to spot a fake")

But really. Continueous monotone laughter that is almost to the point of sounding pre-recorded is just a MEH in my book.

As long as it's genuine, I'm not sure I think there is such a thing as a bad laugh. Even silent laughter can be hot.
