What really happened on 9/11?A pack of lies were told, amongst other things. PART 4!!

Most of you should be aware by now, that this is the fourth thread in a series. The first three are long and waffly, but useful. If you can stand the read, then here are the links to them...

Part 1

Part 2

Part 3

If you can't stand to wade through all that bumph, just read on below. This is the thread that will hopefully get a lot of Americans asking questions and demanding honest answers from their government. A government that has lied hand over fist to them about the most awful tragedy I've ever personally witnessed as it occurred. What the government has told you about 9/11 is bullshit from front to back. Here are some things you might want to chew over, compiled from a variety of sources including public statements made by the Federal Aviation Authority, the official web-site of NORAD, an excellent book called Alice In Wonderland And The World Trade Center Disaster, and various titbits from independent web-sites; including an essay or 20 from www.davidicke.com .
--------------------------------------------------------

I was at work on September the 11th 2001. In the corner of our front office the TV was switched on to see if there were any sports results, I think. About five minutes into watching them, all normal programming was suspended. News cameras were rolling in New York, showing pictures of one the towers of the World Trade Centre. Smoke was billowing out like fumes from a dragon’s maw. A plane had hit it we were told; terrorism we knew at once. The towers might be huge, but the sky-lanes over NYC are infinitely larger and the idea that someone had hit it by accident, was too remote. Then came the awful shock as another plane hammered into the undamaged one on live TV! We knew then that this wasn’t just an errant hi-jacking; months if not years of planning had gone into making this happen. It had been done specifically to shock, outrage, and cause despair. Al-Qaeda? Islamic Jihad? The speculation was wild and work ground to a standstill. About an hour later as we were all guessing who’d done it, I had a sudden nasty feeling. I’m a cynic at heart, but I don’t jump to conclusions. I’m neither rash nor impulsive, as Marlon Brando once said. But the thought nevertheless jumped into my head “I bet there’s more to this than meets the eye.” I haven’t let those initial misgivings cloud my judgement. I haven’t needed to. There are many questions that needed asking of our leaders and the answers were conspicuous by their absence. The “answers” they did give us did not add up. There were too many variables, too many contradictions, too many loose ends and dead ends. But like Oklahoma, JFK and any other “conspiracy” theory that you could name, the version posted on radio, TV and papers within 24 hours is still widely held to be the truth. Like those other conspiracies the official version of this is miserably easy to pull to shreds, but the public mass-consciousness had been deluged with one version and like all those others, it sticks. We may not know all the truth about JFK and Oklahoma, but we do know that he official version of events is a flat-out lie. 9/11 is no different. For many the very idea of believing anything other than the official version would be awful. To question it would throw everything they’d ever held dear out the window. It would cause people to realise that the world they live in is not what they thought it was. Before you make any judgements about this story, before you condemn it as the latest in a long line of wacky “conspiracy theories” put forward by people with too much thinking time on their hands, read this thread and judge for yourself. I don’t have all the answers, but I can show you evidence which proves beyond all shadow of a doubt, that everything we’ve officially been told about 9/11 is a monstrous lie.

Grab a cup of coffee, wedge a couple of matchsticks under your eyelids and prepare for a long read.

Attacks that shock the public to this degree whether they be attacks on buildings, terrorist bombs or individual assassinations, are allowed to happen. Silly, yes? Definitely silly, but true. All readers of these threads will be familiar with my line of reasoning by now. For something like this to occur requires an inordinate amount of circumstances to happen in conjunction with each other. To believe what we’ve officially been told when you see all the facts laid bare, is next to impossible. With all of these things I’ve outlined you find that the perpetrators and the people protecting them are often one and the same. The evidence is stunningly clear that the attacks of 9/11 were allowed to happen. Leroy Fletcher Prouty had a long career in the United States Air Force, during which he was heavily involved with the Central Intelligence Agency, then headed by the extremely notorious Allen Dulles. So astounded was he by what he saw and heard that he was motivated to write the book JFK, The CIA, Vietnam And The Plot To Assassinate John F. Kennedy. It is said that the character played by Donald Sutherland in the JFK movie was based on him. He says:
”No one has to direct an assassination – it happens. The active role is played secretly by allowing it to happen. This is the greatest single clue. Who has the power to call off or reduce the usual security precautions? This is certainly true in the murders of JFK, Bobby Kennedy, Princess Diana, Olaf Palme, Martin Luther King and Yitzhak Rabin. It applies equally to 9/11.

So who were the people and/or agencies that allowed it to happen? The organisation that is supposed to guard American airspace is NORAD; The North American Aerospace Defence Command. The HQ for this is at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado and the main Ops. Centre is housed underneath the adjacent Rocky Mountain chain. This was the organisation that did bugger all to defend American airspace and stop the attack while Armageddon was being unleashed on the World Trade Centre. So what could it have done? What is NORAD capable of doing? Should it have had the time and capability to stop the planes that were hi-jacked?

NORAD came into existence on May the 12th 1958 after an agreement between the American and Canadian governments. Going by a quote from NORAD’s own web-site its job is:
”… the monitoring of man-made objects in space, and the detection, validation, and warning of attack against North America whether by aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles, utilising mutual support arrangements with other commands. Aerospace control includes ensuring air sovereignty and air defence of the airspace of Canada and the United states.”
NORAD has cooperation from the Federal Aviation Authority to respond to civil air emergencies when commercial planes lose contact with Traffic Control, get hi-jacked, or go off their intended course. In other words, what happened on 9/11 was exactly what NORAD was created to defend against. Its overall commander is appointed jointly by the Canadian Prime Minister and the President of the United States. (In other words, the President appoints him and the PM nods and looks intelligent.) Let’s look at NORAD’s web site again.
”Cheyenne Mountain serves as a central collection and coordination facility for a worldwide system of sensors designed to provide the leadership of Canada and the US with an accurate picture of any aerospace threat.”
This mountain is the site of a lot of strange goings on that baffle people. The average of animal mutilations in the area is very high and some of them even occurred in the local zoo. Apparently UFO researchers have long had their attention focused here. Might make an interesting diversion one day. LOL What is certain are that it is the nerve centre of an ultra-secret HQ for defence and the site of the main Cold War early warning and response squad. Many things go on here that the public aren’t told about, but then I guess you’d expect that.

Underneath the complex are more than thirteen hundred giant springs, weighing around half a ton each, that allow a sway of a foot or so in any horizontal direction should there be an earthquake/nuclear strike. The two entrance doors consist of three feet thick doors made of baffled steel and weighing 25 tons each. This whole underground base is sealed a couple of thousand feet inside the huge mountain. Within spitting distance of it are other major centres like Ent Air Force Base (nothing to do with The Lord of the Rings), Fort Carson Army Base, Lowry Air Force bombing range, The USAF Academy, Peterson Airfield, the Rocky Mountain Arsenal and Buckley Air and Naval Air Station. Around 7,000 staff live and work within the mountain and spending on it increased by about $2,000,000,000 annually after the end of the Cold War. This seems a strange contradiction until you realise that Cheyenne has bugger all to do with defending the people, but controlling them. Within this complex are some of the most intelligent and highly qualified people on Earth, using the most advanced technology ever conceived and daily designing stuff even more advanced. Stuff that was old 5 years ago there is still light years ahead of anything you’ll see in public. People often fall into the trap of thinking what the Elite are capable of doing using only the technology they know about. The people and organisations at Cheyenne are further ahead of what you know about than you’ve ever dreamed. When someone on a TV show like Tomorrow’s World starts talking about a brilliant new type of technology that would be so beneficial or destructive once it’s worked on for a few years and then produced, it’s already been used and outdated in a place like this. Things that seem to belong only in video games or episodes of Star Trek like nanotechnology, high powered lasers, plasma accelerators, cybernetics, cryogenics and the like, are in use here. People like Myriads, Neutron and areenactor who disagree with me on most things in this field, would probably find this believable. In the case of Tron, he might even have used it himself at some point.

The following is public information released by NORAD itself and as its public, is probably a mere fraction of the real truth. Excavation began there in May 1961 and was finished about 12 months later. The NORAD command centre was stationed here and became fully operational on the 20th of April1966 when it was moved there from Ent. Since then, other “early warning and response” facilities have moved there to join it. One example is the Air Force Space Command, which provides defence from space and missile attack. (It doesn’t say whether “space attack” means a fleet of space vehicles from Russia or China or the proverbial “Little Green Men”. I’m assuming it means the former, although there’s probably a contingency for the latter. These people think of everything, despite the impression you may have gotten from the movie, Armageddon.) This operates from the Space Defence Operations Centre. Since 1981, staff at this location have provided vital support to every space shuttle mission going and continues to today. General Ralph E. Eberhart (NORAD’s commander at the time of the 9/11 attacks) was also the CO of Space Command and he took over this post on February the 18th 2000, from General Richard B. Myers who became the Deputy Chairman of the Joint chiefs of Staff in Washington D.C. immediately after the events of 9/11. Eberhart and Myers also both served at Langley in Virginia where the belated jets were scrambled in a futile attempt to intercept Flight 77 as it was en-route to Washington. Eberhart was the commander of Air Combat Command from 9/99 until 2/00 when he took over Myers job at NORAD. Myers actions on 9/11 are very important to this story, as will become clear later on. Right now I need to focus in greater detail on the specific capabilities of the Cheyenne Mountain facility. The reasons for this will also become very clear.

Here is some more info from the NORAD web site. Take this into account when you consider what they did (or rather failed to do) on 9/11.
“The Air Defence Operations Center uses its air defence network to provide surveillance and control of air operations to North America and unknown traffic. Today the NORAD Combat Operations Center has evolved into the Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center that collects data from a worldwide system of satellites, radars, and other sensors and processes that information on sophisticated computer systems to support critical NORAD and US Space Command missions. The Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center provides warning of ballistic missile or air attacks against North America, assists the air sovereignty mission for the United States and Canada, and, if necessary, is the focal point for air defence operations to counter enemy bombers or cruise missiles.

Its support of the US Space Command mission, the Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center provides a day-to day picture of precisely what is in space and where it is located. The Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center also supports space operations, providing critical information such as collision avoidance data for space shuttle flights and troubleshooting satellite interference problems. Since the Persian Gulf War, the Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center has continued to play a vital and expanding role in supporting our deployed forces with warning for short-range ballistic missiles such as the Iraqi Scuds. Cheyenne Mountain operations are conducted by six centres manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The centres are: Command Center, Air Defence Operations Center, Missile Warning Center, Space Control Center, Combined Intelligence Watch Center and the Systems Center.

It then says…
The Command Center is the heart of operations in Cheyenne Mountain. In this centre, the Command Director and his crew serve as the NORAD and US Space Command Commander in Chief’s direct representatives for monitoring, processing, and interpreting missile, space or air events which could have operational impacts on our forces or capabilities, or could be potential threats to North America or US and allied forces overseas. When required, the Command Director must consult directly with the NORAD and US Space Command Commander in Chief for time-critical assessments of missile, air and space events; he takes action to ensure the Commander in chief’s response and direction are properly conveyed and executed …”

“… The Air Defence Operations Center provides command and control for the air surveillance and air defence network for North America. In 1994, they monitored over 700 ‘unknown’ radar tracks entering North American airspace. Many of these were subsequently identified as friendly aircraft that has erred from flight plans or used improper procedures. Yet nearly 100 were identified as illegal drug-carrying aircraft that were subsequently prosecuted by the US and Canadian Drug Enforcement Agencies.

Now remember what I said earlier. The technology used inside Cheyenne Mountain is more advanced than anyone who’s not got direct technical knowledge can imagine. Even people who research black projects and development as a hobby could barely conceptualise the degree of advancement that we’re talking about. Think of the most radically advanced scientific technique or machinery you can imagine and Cheyenne Mountain probably introduced it a decade ago. The website goes into detail about how the Missile Warning Center uses a “worldwide sensor and communications network to provide warning of missile attacks, either long or short range, launched against North America or our forces overseas”. So much detail does it go into, that we see it’s technology can get access to information “regarding missile launches anywhere on earth which are detected by the strategic missile warning system and which could be a potential threat to either Canada or the US”. The Space Control Center (which opened in 1994) has the incredible equipment that “supports the space control missions of space surveillance and protection of our assets in space”. Its main reason for existing is to perform “the surveillance mission … to detect, track, identify, and catalog all man-made objects in space”. The Center has a digital computerised record of “all orbiting space objects, charts objects, charts present position, plots future orbital paths, and forecasts times and general locations for significant objects re-entering the Earth’s atmosphere”. Apparently, the Space Control Center is currently tracking upwards of 8,000 ‘on-orbit objects’, and this info is utilised to give NASA information for the prevention of shuttle collisions during space flights. Earlier I mentioned that the Mountain is also the home to the Combined Intelligence Watch. According to the website this “serves as North America’s indications and warning centre for worldwide threat from space, missile, and strategic air activity, as well as geopolitical unrest that could affect North America and US forces/interests abroad”. In other words, not only could they read your license plate from orbit, they could probably identify individual strands of DNA in a squashed bug on said license plate. Okay, so maybe I exaggerated a bit there, but you get the general idea. The surveillance capabilities that NORAD possesses are out of this world! Cheyenne Mountain regards itself as one of the most, if not the most, unique and advanced areas of technology and personnel skill in the world. Not without reason, obviously. It is probably the site where the direction is based for the “Star Wars” network, so much prized by Senior and Dubya, not to mention Senior’s puppet, Reagan. The potential for cooperation here is unbelievably huge as the complex employs staff from the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and all of the Canadian forces too. Major Mike Birmingham of the US Army (and a spokesman for the Colorado base) said, “Space support basically allowed the US to perform the famous ‘left hook’ operation[a manoeuvre executed during the first Gulf War]. The Iraqis assumed no-one could navigate that well in the desert.”

So it has the most modern and unbelievably sophisticated technology, diverse military staff from all branches and the most brilliant and capable minds in science and technology working there; it has access to every corner of the globe and every square inch of it’s air-space, not to mention all of the surrounding orbital outer-space. It can read license plates on your car and count how many hairs are growing out of the wart on your arse. And all of this was allegedly incapable of stopping four lumbering jet-liners (lumbering compared to a jet fighter anyway) that were hi-jacked in American airspace on September the 11th 2001? Anyone feeling just the tiniest shiver of scepticism going up their spine yet? Well if you’re not yet, digest this snippet.
”The Cheyenne Mountain Operations Centerthe official website says, comprises the largest and most complex command and control network in the world. The system uses satellites, microwave radio routes, and fibre-optic links to transmit and receive vital communications. Two blast-hardened microwave antennas and two underground coaxial cables transmit the bulk of electronic information. Most of this information is data sent from the worldwide space surveillance and warning network directly to computers inside the mountain. Redundant and survivable communications hotlines connect the Command Center to the Pentagon, White House, US Strategic Command, Canadian Forces Headquarters in Ottawa, other aerospace defence system command posts, and major military centres around the world.
I made a flippant comment about “four hours of warning” in another thread somewhere, and Tieler very correctly pulled me up, saying that would have been before the planes even took off. Okay, let’s consider the facts; cold, hard and uncompromising. This was the organisation that failed to respond in time to the forcible hi-jacking of four jet-liners over American soil on the same day. This happened over densely populated land (exactly the type NORAD is supposed to be designed to defend) between 08:13 hrs when comms with Flight 11 went down and roughly 09:38 hrs when Flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon. This is an hour and twenty five minutes of response time, during which not one plane directed by NORAD was able (according to NORAD anyway) to intercept any of the jet-liners in exactly the air-space its fantastic technology was designed to guard!!! Eighty five frigging minutes??? With the level of technology available to NORAD and the quality of the intercepting fighters and standard of pilot training in the USAF it should have taken less than a tenth of that time to remove all four! A tenth! And they couldn’t do it in fractionally less than an hour and a half? Please don’t tell me that you don’t find this just the tiniest bit suspicious? Eighty five smegging minutes and the combined might of NORAD and the USAF managed a score of bugger all? The plane that hit the Pentagon (Flight 77) was in the air for roughly 80 minutes and according to official records made a U-turn from its chattered course in excess of 40 minutes before it crashed. And NORAD failed? The USAF failed? Nope, they didn’t fail. It was meant to happen, because NORAD let it happen.

Another organisation that must be delved into is the Federal Aviation Authority. The FAA shares responsibility and procedure with NORAD for responding to hijackings. It is also an organisation that is corrupt up to the throat and is the daddy of all cover-up artists. Like all of the organisations I have mentioned in the various ‘Conspiracy’ threads, I don’t mean the majority of its employees. That being the case, if you are employed by the FAA or have friends & family employed by the FAA, please don’t bother to send me hate mail as I’m not talking about you.
Rodney Stich, a retired naval and commercial pilot and crash investigator who works with the FAA, has very publicly documented the corruption and cover-ups he has come across in his job. In his book Unfriendly Skies he makes a few salient points, amongst which are the following…
a) FAA management have wilfully refused to act when faced with large safety and criminal violations that have been documented and reported by air safety inspectors.
b) They have also warned federal air safety inspectors not to bother reporting little things like air safety problems or violations.
c) Official US Government documents of serious air safety violations (filed by air safety inspectors) have been deliberately destroyed.
d) FAA management threaten, harass and retaliate against federal air safety inspectors who ignore their threats and report the problems they’ve come across, as is their responsibility.
e) The FAA has removed certain ‘problem inspectors’ (in other words, ones that do their jobs honestly) from their positions, to stop them from officially reporting on or taking action against serious air safety problems or violations.
f) FAA management personnel have ‘encouraged’ inspectors to not report problems and violations by boosting their annual performance markings, bribed them with financial bonuses and promoting them; whilst the exact opposite is done to those who are conscientious and honest.
g) FAA management have ‘smothered’ evidence of crash inducing air safety misconduct, exposed by inspectors of the FAA. These inspectors have produced official government reports of this corruption (within the FAA) in respect of a series of fatal aeroplane crashes.
h) An administrator of the FAA covered up testimony and dozens of governmental documents that gave evidence of corruption inside the FAA, in respect of fatal air crashes. This included a crash involving a DC-8 from United Airlines crashing into New York City itself.

The FAA isn’t the only organisation that comes in for some criticism from Stich. He also lays it on thick about the ineptitude and corruption in the management of United Airlines. He also says that valid information about the corruption of FAA officials has been handed on a silver platter, many times, to the National Transportation Safety Board, but was repeatedly covered up and “fraud related” air disasters were allowed to continue. In his words, the board were guilty of “falsifying accident reports that covered up for their own duplicity in the crashes and deaths”. Stich slams the FBI, US attorneys and “the main Justice Department personnel” as other people and government agencies who have been given the facts about FAA corruption involving major disasters with commercial aircraft, but chose to ignore it. Not only that, but they retaliated against both him and other ex-federal agents who tried to expose their criminality. He even goes so far as to name the Federal judges who have blocked his attempts to expose FAA corruption through the courts. He also says exactly the same thing about members of Congress (Who are probably 100 times more corrupt than even the FAA can be!) who ignored the documented evidence of all the wrong-doings within the FAA that he was able to discover. In the man’s own words…

These are the same members of Congress, and the secretary of the Department of Transportation, whose crocodile tears cover up for the fact that they were repeatedly offered evidence of the corruption that resulted in a series of fatal airline crashes, fatal hijackings, and who helped insure the success of the September 11, 2001, terrorist hijackers. The cover-up of these matters by members of Congress following the September 11 tragedies will insure the protection of the guilty and continuation of the tragic consequences, as documented for the past 40 years in the books described at this site.

This is the same organisation, in its role as a servant of the American people, which is telling you the “accepted” version of events on 9/11, when the towers fell. Coincidentally (is there such a thing?) it is also the organisation that is responsible along with the Pentagon and NORAD, for responding to what happened on that day. Taking into account what you’ve just read about its lack of honesty and steep history of criminality, do you really think that this version of events is reliable?

Can someone also please answer this for me…
Al-Qaeda is reputed to be one of the best supplied, best trained, most wealthy and best equipped terrorist organisations around. Add to this that it is staffed by fanatics so convinced that they are doing God’s work that they have no compunction about deliberately causing their own deaths, if it’s in an operation that is going to inflict great damage to their enemies. This incredible network is so talented it is capable of hi-jacking four jet-liners in a single day in America, and scoring three direct hits on Grade-A targets. Now if you were one of the members of this group, one of the first calculations you’d make would be to know the possible NORAD reaction times to your actions, once it was known the planes had altered course. So why precisely did they choose to hi-jack two commercial flights to New York who’s journey times were well inside the NORAD reaction time? Why would you have flights 93 and 77 fly most of the way across the continent (out over the mid-west) before turning them around towards New York? These calculations would have shown that Flight 77 had to fly for three quarters of an hour from the time it was known the plane had been hi-jacked, until the time it struck the Pentagon. Any clown would realise that fighters would be able to respond far quicker and react waaaaaaaaaayyy before the planes got anywhere near the intended targets. It would also be obvious that the fighters would be ordered to shoot down any plane threatening a US city in this way. A few hundred deaths of the passengers on-board, set against the deaths of thousands in the streets. A hard decision, but one with only a single outcome. Any terrorist constructing such a plan would have known that they’d have to complete the plan as soon as possible to stop the intercepting fighters from foiling them. Taking off from New York and Washington and then heading straight for the targets would have the ideal plan for them, wouldn’t it? Instead, Flight 77 takes off from Washington and then flies AWAY from the targets for three quarters of an hour, before the hi-jack allegedly happened and then turned round and came all the way back. This just doesn’t add up. Unless of course, those behind the attacks knew that NORAD would be turning a blind eye that day. These little details would therefore no longer have to be factored into the attack plan, would they?

So with this fantastic array of toys for the NORAD boys to play with, reacting to what happened on 9/11 shouldn’t have been a problem. With the amount of time they had, they could’ve done it in their sleep! GPS (Global Positioning System) has been available for the past 20 years to these people. It was created for the US military’s use! As the blurb says… ”GPS provides incredibly accurate position information to end users.” And who exactly controls it for the military? NORAD, that’s who. Yet we’re supposed to believe that they couldn’t track and deal with the hi-jacked planes? Well besides ground and orbital surveillance systems, GPS is also the guiding light for AWACS aircraft. For those not familiar with the sight of an AWACS plane, it’s the chuffing great converted Boeing, with the 30 foot radar dome on top; kind of looks like a big, grey M&M with a black stripe. The AWACS radar can search for and track objects over a 250 mile radius if it’s low flying, much further if it’s at high altitude. It also has the IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) system built in, that can identify friendly or enemy aircraft by eliminating the background noise from low level, which can cause misleading readings in other radar types. There is, to put it bluntly, NO EXCUSE OR REASON for the events of 9/11 to have happened the way we are told they are. So what exactly should have happened in the event of a hi-jacking?

The FAA’s procedures say in Chapter 7 (escort of hi-jacked aircraft) that the co-ordinator on duty at Washington DC HQ will request the air force to provide an escort for the hi-jacked plane to “assure positive flight following” (that it stays on course in other words), report unusual observances and aid the search and rescue in the event of an emergency. The regs say that the escort service will be requested by the FAA hi-jack coordinator by direct contact with the National Military Command Center at the Pentagon. In the words of the manual itself,
”The center/control tower shall coordinate with the designated NORAD … military unit advising of the of the hijack aircraft’s location, direction of flight, altitude, type of aircraft and recommended flight plan to intercept the hijack aircraft.” Escort aircraft are told to position themselves five miles astern of the hijacked aircraft and to approach it directly from the rear to prevent it being spotted. The escort plane should take the same air speed, altitude and heading as the hi-jacked plane. When a hi-jacking occurs within the boundaries of the continental USA, the manual says … ”the appropriate NORAD Senior Director” is informed by report of the aircraft’s call sign, longitudinal and latitudinal position, heading, speed and height. An escort mission can only be terminated by FAA HQ, the NMCC at the Pentagon, or major military command authority. (The President himself or NORAD.) Air traffic controllers can ask, through NORAD, for military jets to escort or “intercept” commercial jets if contact is lost with the pilot, the plane leaves it’s designated flight path, or anything else inexplicable that is deemed to be a major threat. During the year 2000, jets were scrambled by NORAD 125 times in response to such events. An intercept doesn’t even have to be granted permission by the President or any other high up official. It is routinely done to the point of tedium almost. It happens a lot more frequently than you’d suppose. The intention is almost never to shoot the plane down, which is an action that would require Presidential sanction. (Although since 9/11, this sanction has also been granted to NORAD senior officers.) There is also a laid-down procedure for communicating between the NORAD interceptors and the commercial aircraft. Such as;
Rocking wings from a position slightly above and ahead of, and normally to the left of, the intercepted aircraft and, after acknowledgement, a slow level turn, normally to the left, on to the desired heading = You have been intercepted, follow me; circling aerodrome, lowering landing gear and over flying runway in direction of landing … = Land at this aerodrome.”

There is also of course, a series of coded replies for the other aircraft. If the hijacked aircraft ignores the orders, the interceptor can make a pass in front of it, fire tracer rounds in front of it, and finally, fire a missile at it with the intention to destroy. (This according to Major Mike Snyder of the USMC, quoted from the Boston Globe.) He confirmed also that fighters intercepting aircraft was “routine”. After 9/11 a small, private Cessna aircraft flew near to Dubya’s ranch at Crawford, Texas. The FAA hollered to NORAD and two intercepting jets were on the scene before you could fart. The tuned into the pilot’s radio frequency and forced him onto the ground. Similarly in Wood County, Texas, a dispatcher in the Sheriff’s Department called Rodney Mize, confirmed that a private plane carrying four reporters from the Houston Chronicle were forced down by two A-10 Warthogs. The plane was forced to land at Wisener field, near Mineola. It would appear that more importance was placed on Dubya’s farm than on the middle of New York. Incidents such as these occur all the time in relation to very minor airspace transgressions. Yet it couldn’t even get off the ground when four commercial jet-liners were hi-jacked over the most populous area of the country?

If a potential hi-jack has shown up, a higher level of command is activated. In the words of Alison Duquette, a spokeswoman for the FAA,
”The air traffic controller would notify the supervisor on the floor, who would then immediately notify the FAA’s regional operation center who would notify NORAD, as well as others.” The applicable regulations say …
The escort service will be requested by the FAA hijack coordinator by direct contact with the NMCC.” FAA regs further state that air traffic controllers must take no chances. They are instructed that if there is an unexpected loss of radar or radio comms they must consider that “an aircraft emergency exists”. Sounds pretty inflexible to me.

NORAD and the FAA have both been questioned about the timeline for what occurred on the eleventh of September, 2001. According to both, the FAA notified NORAD of the hijacking of Flight 11 at 08:40. So why was contact from this aircraft lost at 08:13? Precisely what was the FAA doing for 27 minutes? Having a tea break? It would have been obvious that there was a problem within two minutes and by 08:20 it would have been clear that something was seriously wrong with the aircraft. According to the New York Times Flight 11 only maintained its designated course for 16 minutes after it took off, just past Worcester, Mass, instead of taking a southerly turn, the Boeing 767 swung to the north at 08:15. It had been taken over…”

And what do the FAA say when asked about why it took so long after Flight 11 was hi-jacked to inform NORAD? Nothing. They won’t answer. This public body, who are supposed to be operating in the interests of public aircraft safety in YOUR country, remain quiet. Someone please tell me exactly what right they have to do that? And please don’t someone bring up the spectre of National Security. That phrase has become a by-word for letting the government do whatever the fuck they like, no matter if it breaks the American Constitution, international law or the Geneva and Hague Conventions. It’s been overused to the point of tedium now. For God’s sake this is happening in YOUR country, to YOUR people and in other countries to YOUR neighbours! Do NOT swallow it! The government, the FAA and all the rest are accountable to YOU, allegedly. They’re there to protect YOU, yet they have serious questions to answer and no answers are forthcoming. The ball is in the court of the American people. You need to demand the answers that these people owe you!

As well as these questions to NORAD, how about asking some questions of the man who calls himself your President? He sits there as a thief of the voters will, acting as the public front-man to the biggest series of cons of all time. The link to al-Qaeda was never proven. The link between Saddam and al-Qaeda is easily DIS-provable. Americans are completely ignoring the real problem bastards in their midst. Why does no-one ever ask George W. Bush about his business links with the bin-Ladens? Why do they not care that the bin-Ladens have been key investors in George Bush Senior's Carlyle Group, one of the major military contractors in the US? How could Osama have coordinated the 9/11 attacks when his kidneys were so fucked up, that he was on dialysis for the entire duration of the 9/11 crisis? Did one old man permanently hooked up to a machine that was straining his blood like cabbage-water, really mastermind the 9/11 attacks on which all these human rights abuses have been justified? Why did the Taliban leaders fly to Houston for discussions about building an oil pipeline across Afghanistan in 1997? Is it a coincidence that Enron, a big Bush financial backer was the consultant for the feasibility study? Is it a coincidence that Halliburton was the company who was supposed to build it; a company chaired by Dick Cheney, the current vice-president? Why in the days after 9/11 did a privately chartered jet, hired by the Bush family, chunter around the USA picking up members of the bin-Laden family and safely getting them out of the country with no interrogation, if they were such high suspects for the 9/11 atrocities? When the rest of America was grounded, why did this happen with no FBI investigation and no grand jury? What did the bin-Ladens do to deserve such VIP treatment? Why when 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi-Arabian, did Dubya bomb Afghanistan? I mean, I know the Air Force is pretty inaccurate, but missing by several thousand miles? Or was it just too difficult for him to lay the blame at the feet of a country that supplies a quarter of America's oil and houses so many of his pop's business partners? Why is it that when the Taliban were toppled, the man Dubya appointed as the interim leader was the former president of an oil company? Why did Dubya then appoint a former Unocal consultant as the new American ambassador to Afghanistan? Is it then a massive coincidence that the much treasured oil pipeline went ahead like greased lightening?

So what about Flight 77? According to the official word, the FAA notified NORAD at 09:24 hours that the plane may have been hi-jacked en-route from Dulles in D.C. to Los Angeles. So why was it known before 9 A.M. that there was a problem? USA Today reported that the plane took a humongous detour from northerly, round to the west and finally into the south, over-flying part of West Virginia before it returned to its course for a short period. This report is incredibly different from ones portrayed by the rest of the media. A mistake? Possibly. If it is an error though, it’s a pretty glaring one. USA Today get the information from Flight Explorer, a company that provides tracking information of commercial aircraft, displayed on the internet, using information given to them by the FAA. Flight Explorer now provides information to the contrary, so what is going on? If USA Today were using information that wasn’t censored quickly enough, then the deviation from the plotted course would have happened around 08:36. This was also around 16 minutes after that Flight 11 had been taken over, and yet no action was taken over Flight 77 going hugely off course. Why? But it doesn’t end there! This continued to be the case after Flight 11 had thumped into one tower and Flight 175 had been known to be hi-jacked and crashed into the OTHER half of the WTC. Did someone have their feet on the desk, snoring their head off while aerial bedlam was ensuing?
So FAA, what happened when Flight 77 made such a big loop, before returning to its original course? Did it loop? Did it take the course along which the rest of the media said? What actions were taken at the time of this happening? What communication was there between the cockpit and the ground to establish what the arse was going on? Reasonable questions aren’t they? I think so. More than reasonable; vital! But the FAA won’t answer them. It holds its peace and keeps schtum. Gits. According to a transcript published in the New York Times, contact with Flight 77 had been lost for about twenty nine minutes by the time that the other two had hit the WTC! But for some reason, NORAD was not notified about this for another ten minutes. This is according to the official timeline, agreed upon by both the FAA and NORAD. This is the performance you’d expect? Can it be seriously suggested that the official record is for real? What the fuck Mr. President, you mean the Easter bunny DOESN’T exist?!?!?! 😱 In the name of God there should have been alarm bells ringing from minute one purely on air safety grounds. The potential dangers to other aircraft from an off-course plane are lethal. It gets better. Soon after 77 returned to its original course, its transponder signal filed. Despite this (the biggest possible indication of Deep SHIT next to one of the hijackers making a video phone call to the FAA and gibbering, “Hee hee infidels, we have your aircraft!”) NORAD was STILL not informed, according to their and the FAA’s official story. What the hell is going on? Then the plane does a 180 degree turn and heads towards D.C. but there is still no smegging alert, even though both towers of the World Trade Centre were shattered to fuck by Flights 175 and 11, and the transponder signal on Flight 77 had been down for 10 minutes! Only once the clock had ticked round to 09:24 was there any communication between the FAA and NORAD about flight 77. According to the New York Times,

”By 9.25am the FAA, in consultation with the Pentagon, had taken the radical step of banning all take-offs around the country, but fighters had still not been dispatched.” Incredible isn’t it? This was by the time Flight 77 had changed course 40 minutes ago and Flight 11 had crashed into the WTC. It was also 35 minutes since after ATT knew that Flight 77 was taken, 24 minutes since the signal from the transponder had failed and 22 minutes after Flight 175 had taken out the second WTC tower. It was also 18 minutes since ATT right across the country knew that Flight 77 was the victim of a hijack. This is despite the fact that FAA regulations insist on speed in response and instruct it’s operatives to treat a situation where there is only a small doubt, as if it’s a full-blown emergency. The MSNBC network said the very next day on just how speedily and urgently FAA people are supposed to react when an aircraft deviates from its intended flight-path.

”If a plane deviates by 15 degrees, or two miles from that course, the flight controllers will hit the panic button. They’ll call the plane saying ‘America 11, you’re deviating from course.’ It’s considered a real emergency, like a police car screeching down a highway at 100 miles an hour. When golfer Payne Stewart’s incapacitated Lear jet missed a turn at a fix, heading north instead of west to Texas, F-16 interceptors were quickly dispatched.”

The New York Times said that…

“… despite elaborate plans that link civilian and military efforts to control the nation’s airspace in defence of the country, and despite two other jetliners having already hit the World Trade Center in New York, the fighter planes that scrambled into protective orbits around Washington did not arrive until 15 minutes after flight 77 hit the Pentagon.”
For crying out loud, someone riding a bicycle could have gotten there quicker than the sodding interceptors! I think it’s summed up a lot wittier by Newsday.

”The record suggests that teenagers on instant-message networks communicate faster than some federal officials did during the crisis.”

All very interesting stuff. Something even more interesting, lends yet more weight of evidence to the idea of the authorities letting the disaster happen. It certainly seems as if they were sat on their collective arses while all hell was hitting New York. Vice President Cheney said on Meet the Press that the secret service had what he called, “open lines” with the FAA. In the man’s own words…
”The secret service has an arrangement with the FAA. They had open lines after the World Trade Center was . . .”
Funny way to finish a sentence that. Not often you see someone just stop talking, but that’s what Cheney did. Perhaps he shut his trap because he’d realised he’d just dropped himself in the shit? The WTC was hit at 08:46. According to Cheney, (following the sentence to what I assume is its logical conclusion) the secret service had open lines to the FAA then. This was also about the time that Flight 77 was known to be in trouble. Yet according to the FAA they didn’t make contact with NORAD until 09:24. Do we also assume that they’re saying that NORAD and the Pentagon did not have open lines with the FAA too, allowing them to follow the real time communications between the ground and the cockpits a long time before any intercepting fighters got off the ground? The FAA and NORAD have both confirmed publicly that they had open lines to talk about Flights 93 and 77. (93 is the one that crashed outside of Pittsburgh.) What do they say in response to being asked exactly when these lines of communication were opened? Nothing. They can’t answer, because they don’t know. Now any government rolls on paperwork and details like a tank rolls on tracks; especially so the UK and US governments. They are both beloved of their bloody clerks! And yet they don’t have a record anywhere of when lines were opened? In any system this information would have been recorded and almost certainly was in this case, as Cheney let slip before he caught his tongue. The reason they won’t answer I would venture to suggest, is because it’ll be yet another nail in the coffin of the official version of events. They . . . let . . . it . . . happen. In all probability they organised it and supplied the personnel too, through one of the many terrorist training camps supplied and funded by them. (A business venture in which the UK government is more than happy to tag along.)

This theme will be continued, but at nearly 8,000 words, it’s become obvious to me that the thread could easily run to twice that. I’ve posted this part first to save waiting any longer.

Big Jim,

I can appreiciate all of this information getting posted so that the entire world can see just how diabolical and corrupt the American Government is. However, there are MANY Americans who knew this many years prior to your thread, or 9/11 at that matter.

It all begins when we are children. We were told George Washington chopped down the cherry tree, and he didn't tell a lie. Then we grew up to find out that he definitely wasn't the god-like man we were raised to believe. My sister said it best when she said "history is really his-story." Make it up as one goes and print in a book and we're all supposed to believe it.

We were all taught that the founding fathers of this country came to America because of England's (or European) tyrrany. After growing up, we find out that these people were racist, elitist, greedy slave traders and murderers who did whatever they wanted to do at the expense of thousands. They killed the buffalo in order to starve the Indians to death. The same Indians who taught them how to fight wars and how to survive in the new country. Smallpox was carried over to America from Europe in order to commit genocide upon Native Americans who were in this country first. When that didn't work, they were introduced to alcohol and were hereded into reservations like cattle. Now many of them are treated like welfare recipients (reparations and special Native Americans only programs) by a country that once belonged to them. I can't even imagine what is going to happen to the Hispanic community (new majority in America), but I hope they are prepared for it.

I have a friend in the military that says that the plane that crashed in PA was actually shot down. We got such brave testomies in the media about the passengers fighting to the death. That sounds comfortable and plausible. But I think my military friend may be onto something. We have no real solid proof of what happened on those planes because the players are dead.

I never believed that the US government wasn't involved in the 9/11 tragedy. That's what makes it the greatest tragedy to me. This could've been avoided. I don't know what motivates people to kill thousands of their own people in order to justify a war that has killed thousands more innocent people overseas and has demolished their country. I also don't know what motivates a man to use his brother to steal an election right in front of the world's eyes.

Jim, American citizens aren't the gullible fools that many countries think they are. Many are gullible and not willing to accept that they live in a country whose leaders are conspiring against them. Then you have those that are working 2-3 jobs just to keep food on their families' tables and keeping up with thier children to even get an idea of what's going on around them. Many of us know the truth, but are in the dubious position of not knowing where to go with it. People have families and others to protect. It's not above the government being used to silence those that don't fall in line with the agenda, and make too many waves.

Please also understand that the US is not the only country that has a corrupt government. Your information is intriguing and interesting, but may get perceived as America-bashing. How about using your gift for research to expose corruption in other countries besides the US? We could use a break every once in awhile.

If the truth is ugly, let it be known...

I understand where kis123 is coming from, but I have to support BigJim on this one.... I'd rather be a paranoid, cynical bastard that realizes the truth rather than a complacent but content sheep. I'm not saying there's no middle ground on this issue, and I'm not calling anyone in particular a sheep, but more and more facts are coming up that are truly disturbing about 9/11. The most disturbing is the fact that the Bush family and the Bin Laden family of Saudi Arabia are close. That's right... The same Bin Laden as Osama. Granted, Osama is sort of regarded as an exiled brother of the family who supposedly has no ties to his family these days, but it has already been established that Osama was seen at a family wedding shortly before 9/11. Also, there is much reason to believe Osama still gets money from his family. Finally, the Bush family and the Bin Laden family had been regularly communicating before 9/11. Whatever the implication, it seems irrefutable that something about this event was contrived by the most powerful family in our current government.

I wrote in a previous post that basically Bin Laden was pulled out of Bush's anatomy as far as being the mastermind of 9/11 is concerned. I always felt like it was an inside job. Too many things just don't add up. And to wave some flag of patriotism while Congress takes our so-called Constitutional freedoms and rights away, basically makes me sick.

But, we have been duped into believing that we are a nation of democracy, yet we pledge allegiance to being a republic. Our perception of truth is twisted, to say the least. I'm DEFINITELY NOT A SHEEP!

One thing my ex taught me of any value was to never take what the media says at face value. The media is controlled by the government, and it would probably be best to believe opposite of whatever hype it spits out.

In the history of this nation, has it ever been that easy to fly planes in American airspace unchallenged? Why was it so easy to steal four (yes four) planes and drive two of them into the WTC? By the way, the purpose of ground zero really wasn't to locate bodies, it was to find the gold. These animals could care less what body parts they threw along the way.

Oh, and Macphisto, I'm on Jim's side too. I'm just interested of hearing about other government scandals and coverups. This one is merely academic to me. I don't have to be convinced.

"Many are gullible and not willing to accept that they live in a country whose leaders are conspiring against them."

You listening, Steve Areactionary? Now, who do you think kis is talking about here?

I can't wait until I get a week or two of free time to read this saga!

Before the big fight breaks out.....

I need to get something straight. There are many people in the US that choose to be gullible and believe everything they're told because the government is always right. The older I get, the more I think for myself and ignore anything they say because they don't have my best interest at heart.

Knox, please don't use my post to point fingers at other TMF members. I wasn't talking about Steve or anyone else in specific. He and anyone else has the right to their own opinion regardless of it being agreed upon or not by others. If I wanted to direct something at Steve, I would have put his name to it like I've done in previous posts with several members (including you). I stand up for what I believe in and put my name to every post I make, even when others have blasted me feeling I'm wrong. If I'm going to dish it out, I'd best be prepared to take it.

This thread is about information intended to make a person think about what is going on behind the scenes and the cover up used to lay blame at someone else's feet, rather than be exposed for the dogs they are. Nothing more, nothing less.

...and has it finally been disproven that Bush was continually given forewarning of this event by his aides?

Kis, you bring up a very important subject. I'm presuming at this point that you havn't read through this thread's predecessors? The reason I ask that is because I said very clearly in one of them (can't remember which now) that everything that goes on in America is orchestrated from Europe. To be exact, it's orchestrated from within the City of London. The COL is not what most people would think of London as. It's a relatively compact area consisting of 677 acres, situated at the centre of the huge metropolis better known as "Greater London". The COL is also known as "The square mile". This city within a city has a population of a mere five thousand people, whereas the metropolis has closer to eight million. Within that small area though, is centred more power than anywhere else in the world. Legally the City of London is an entirely seperate nation state, that is not beholden to the British government at all. It's "leader" is a Lord Mayor, a man who is elected for a single year and who carries so much power that the reigning monarch of England must bow to him and request permission to enter the "City". It is from here that the United States of America is truly governed, as well as Canada, Australia and New Zealand and...
Now if you thought that was suprising, get this!

The COL is what is meant when one uses the term "The Crown". Not the king, queen or anyone else. And the COL is subbordinate to... the Pope. Yup, that'sa right. The City of London is owned lock stock and smoking barrell by the Vatican and the Roman Catholic Church. But what about Henry the Eighth? What about the protestant faith, the disolution of the monastaries and the breakaway from the papacy? Much like 9/11, a publicly staged con-trick to set up the agenda of division and rule. Here's a little extract from the peace treaty signed between the United Kingdom and the brand new United States of America in 1783:

"It having pleased his Divine Providence to dispose the hearts of the most serene and most potent Prince George the Third, by the grace of God, king of Great Britain, France and Ireland, defender of the faith, duke of Brunswick and Lunebourg, arch-treasurer and prince elector of the Holy Roman Church ...and the United states of America..."

Pay particular attention to the words "prince elector of the Holy Roman Church". The Vatican owns Great Britain and Ireland as private property, and Britain controls America through the methods and legalities I mentioned in the other thread. The "United States of America" doesn't hold legal status as a country at all, but is in fact an insolvent corporation, declared as being so (bankrupt that is) in 1933 by Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Before that it was a corporation going right back to the time of the War of Independance, which was in fact another public fake. At the time of British colonialism it was called The Virginia Company. After the war it simply changed it's name to ... The United states of America. In that other thread I even gave the statutory legal codes that the bankruptcy was filed under by the then President. The 50 states were classed as subsiduaries of the corporation (or at least all 50 were once Alaska and Hawaii had joined the Union) and as such, were declared bankrupt by their parent company. Every man or woman who has ever held exalted public office in America, have been directors on the board of an insolvent company.

So if America is overtly the world power causing most havoc, and Britain controls America, and the Vatican owns and controls Britain via the City of London, am I bashing catholics and pinning the blame on them? Emphatically no!!! Just like most Americans have no idea their "country" is an insolvent company administered by a CEO and most Brits aren't aware that they have a seperate sovereign state within their capital city, so most catholics are completely unaware that the country most often depicted as the "religious heretical enemy" is controlled by their church.

But the catholic church isn't the top of it either. Like everything else, it is a tool used for manipulation and control; of it's own people as much as anyone else. The people who really run the RCC don't give a shit about religion. Their ancestors invented it to confine and imprison people's emotions and fears, then engineered splits within it to divide them even more! No one religion, race, country or people controls the conspiracy. The Elite at the top see fit to position themselves within all factions, races and so on. The better to manipulate and orchestrate the wars that each fights against the other for no point at all.

So America may be the place most often mentioned by me in these threads, but that is only because the elite guys are overtly based there at the moment. Nothing more. Nothing sinister about the American people, no further digs than that. Before it was America, it was Britain. Before that the Elite were based in the Netherlands. (Call the Elite the "Illuminati" if you will.) Before that they were based in Rome, then Greece and then Egypt, Sumer and Babylon. Always they created the norms of society and then the ideologies, setting the people of various factions at war with each other, for no better reason than because they were different and were therefore to be feared. Spot a current trend here?

So remember this. No one thing or people are behind all this. It's not the Americans, the British, the Chinese, the Russians or the Israelis. It's not the christians, the jews, the muslims or the hindus. It's not the blacks, the whites, the yellows or the reds.

It is the force that controls ALL of them and is present in one degree or another in all of them too. And because of that there is no one "chosen people" either. The "chosen people" (if there is such a thing outside the fantasy of various religious doctrines and the idiot political ideologies of Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin) are merely the ones who choose to walk away from the house of cards we've been indoctrinated to hold together with fear, guilt, aggression and misery. And a house of cards is ALL it is. And we're the dumb buggers holding it up! If we walked away as one; if we said bollocks to the predjudice we've been blindly accepting through the mediums of the media, indoctrination/education and racial hatred; if we said cobblers to hate and agression; if we just walked away and stopped playing the fucking game that the elite have been leading us for fucking centuries; then the house of cards comes down like ... err, a house of cards.

End result? Earth goes from prison to paradise overnight and we turn round and ask what the bloody hell happened that stopped us realising it all so much sooner. (Just was said about when we get to heaven, in the other thread on the afterlife.)

The "kingdom of heaven" is within us it is said. So it is. And it's upon the earth as well. We've just allowed ourselves to be conned into forgetting it. We are one people, but we've forgotten that too. There is no such things as a "country", just one big smegging Whole. Sadly some people have taken my words as direct critiscism of America, which must mean them too, according to their way of thinking. They see my points as being anti-America bashing, which they are emphatically NOT! This has led to some very harsh words and the breaking of some friendships I held very dear on this board (and for the record kis, I'm not talking about you here 🙂), because to critiscise the people in overt control is seen as critiscising someone who lives in the rough locality as these leaders live. I find that desperately sad. But hey, that's free speech. If some people find my critiscism of a manufactured War on terrorism to be a critiscism of them because George W. Bush, the American President, the figurehead of overt power in the world, happens to be their leader; then I can't stop them. I can swear till I'm blue in the face that they're taking offence wrongly, but I can't change their mind. Fine, I wish you well and you know who you are. The offence you took was never intended by me. You took it on yourself because of your pre-conceived notions about your identity. In my opinion you are falling prey to the lie that there are boundaries between human beings when there are none, and your way of thinking is what keeps the people of this world divided and prevents them from uniting; the one thing that will end all this.

:cry1: <----- What I am quite literally doing at this moment.

Too many damn typos to correct in that last post. Some syntax errors too. I hope y'all bear with mne on that, as the sentiments of that last post were coming out of me so fast, my fingers just couldn't keep up. In some cases I missed whole damn words out! 😱 But I've just gotten in from a night shift, and am too tired to correct them now. Have to reply to the other posts first. :zzzzz:

I did forget to mention that Osama's elder brother was a chief investor in Dubya's first oil company.

I must say, of all your posts, this one has the most merit. It does make one wonder, if Norad and other organizations lay claim to such astounding technology and abilities, why did 9/11 happen? Even someone as skeptical of conspiracy theories as I am has to agree that 2 + 2 does not equal 4 (or 5)in this case.

I'm glad you liked it mate. After I dropped that "four hour" crack a few months ago, I figured I owed you this thread. 😉

but the basic premise one has to accept is that the leaders of the United States would allow an incredibly horrible tragedy to befall its citizens. I am not naive, evil exists. But i do not believe that this was "allowed" to happen. I dont buy it. the gains from such an action could be achieved by other means.

Not quite. NORAD "allowed" it to happen, because it could have, and should have, stopped it. The leaders of the United States, in my opinion, not only allowed it, but orchestrated it.

Anyway, I might not buy it but it is good reading. Keep up the good work BigJIm, we need guys like you going to the edge to counter guys like me calling it down the middle.

"I am neither rash, nor impulsive". 😉

A good quote from Marolon Brando that fits quite well here. It should be remembered that the character who said those words was considered alarmist and over-dramatic about what was claimed to be the much more prosaic. It should also be remembered that those who didn't believe him were swatted like flys a while later, just as he'd warned.

Thank God you said is Kis! Exactly right. It doesn't matter if our opinions differ. The blind patriot can share space with the arch conspiracy-theorist and the universe won't come grinding to a halt. Letting each other have the privellege of expressing ourselves however we want to is the true route to personal freedom. Even when we don't like what we hear, it's the thing we should always respect.

It's more likely that if any forewarning was to be done, Bush could have done it. And Blair. And that Canadian bloke who Dubya seems to think is called "french fries with cheese".

Well,

The United States isn't even a real country.

That clears it all up for me, thanks!

Now, I can put all my worries to bed.

People like Myriads, Neutron and areenactor who disagree with me on most things in this field, would probably find this believable.

This was said in the context of there being massively high technology developed and deployed within the US mountain headquarters for space/air defense constructed in the cold war years in the Rockies at Cheyenne Mountain.

I disagree. The sciences that are being discussed in the threads contexts are not the sort of sciences that pop out of secret labs, and are developed in black box programs. Many technologies can be crash developed this way (as in nuclear, and bio weapons, material research and jet engine design) but higher sciences such as nanotech are not 'forcible' projects. They only can be developed on the back of a long long chain of precursor technologies. Such chains need a lot of support, and are not systems that can exist in closed environments. You need the tools to build the tools to build the tools that can build the item. Not happening in secret. Far far too big a development tail. So no I don't see high nanotech being deployed in any locations about the world today.

I'm not sure what other high science Jim might be thinking about, but most of the other big ones that people dream about will fall into the above category.

Other issues:

How could Osama have coordinated the 9/11 attacks when his kidneys were so fucked up, that he was on dialysis for the entire duration of the 9/11 crisis? Did one old man permanently hooked up to a machine that was straining his blood like cabbage-water, really mastermind the 9/11 attacks on which all these human rights abuses have been justified?

Is this a statement that says that a person on dialysis is incapable of planning high level projects? Can't command an operation?

I'll disagree. Such people's minds work just fine, and there are many in our society today who function quiet well while waiting for a new liver. Writing a person off because they carry a handicap is foolish.

But lets take a swing at a fact, not an opinion.

This snippet of the Treaty of Paris that ended the war between Britain and the New US was presented as proof that The English monarchy was somehow in the pocket of the Catholic church thanks to the line 'and prince elector of the Holy Roman Church'.

Ummmm No. George III was a Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg, one of the many German principalities, by hereditary connection from his fathers side, and those Dukes became the Electors of Hanover (which was a part of the near factious Holy Roman Empire which every one paid lip service to, but all ignored by this point in time) So he was a prince elector of the Holy Roman Empire, which by this point had become interchangeable in name with the Holy Roman Church when referring to the electors. There is no fealty to the church implied in this statement, it's just another title.

and we can go on.... and on. Poking holes in this is not hard.

Conspiracy is always built upon chosen ideas that allow for a foundation to support the rest of the structures needed to make the final point. But those base ideas are always 'because' points. Just like the foundations of major world faiths. Why is the world here? God made it. Why? Because. Why do the Illuminati control the planet? Because. Then all the rest is backfilled to meet and justify that basic choice of starting point. Circular. They control all, so any facts that can disprove are planted and you are blind. The philosophy is self defensive by default. Circular. It's theory is true because it's theory is true.

Sometimes bad things happen because bad things happen. Sometimes a handful of people pull off an amazing plan because no one was looking due to laziness, or the lack of belief that it COULD happen. People fuck up. People see chances, think out of the box and things happen.

We all want a world that makes sense, that has some form of order to it. A place where things happen because there are reasons. But the world is not ordered, it's chaotic, and uncomfortable. All the faiths of the world seek to answer this discomfort with answers. Conspiracy is just a modern age addition to the table of conceptual frameworks that try to do this.

Accept or reject it as you would any other faith.

Sorry if I took your name in vain in presuming your agreement on this small section of the subject Myr. I'm hoping you don't find it ill-mannered of me to "invoke" you in this way? (Damn, this sounds like a Buffy episode! Demons and shit! You do rather remind me of Giles actually, Myr.😀) Maybe I should have used the word possibly, instead of probably.

No matter how skilled one is with verbiage, there are always times when one sees inexactness in one's writing. I didn't mean to suggest nanotechnology was "developed" exclusively inside of NORAD Myr, but I'd defy anyone to deny that the latest and most advanced versions of it, not yet available for commercial or even regular military use, is not used or at the very least researched there. The very fact that we've already heard of nanotechnology and know a reasonable amount of its parameters makes it quite obvious that it's in public research already. But even if it just runs to theoretical application, possible uses for it in the minds of Cheyenne scientists will far outstrip any public conception or use.

The other sciences I was thinking of were surveillance techniques and cybernetics. For instance, at the moment I'm hearing (but havn't confirmed to my satisfaction) that black project use of surgically implanted microchips can not only send signals from the person to the chip to the central computer, but can come back the other way. In this way (so I've heard) individuals can have their emotions, libido, sexual arousal and moods controlled. One of the biggest reasons I'm opposed to the introduction of the personal microchip in fact. It's also possible to change the metabolism of someone's body, so it's continued life is reliant on an artificial substance. Without the substance, the person dies. (Wonderful for blackmailing CIA scientists who've refused to continue working for the organisation's projects.) This would probably fall under genetic engineering rather than cybernetics though.

I also saw a photograph (published in a Unirversity of Leeds journal in 1997) of what looked like a huge monster, holding a small square in it's jaws. It was actually a common ant holding a microchip. This was just what the public were allowed to know about and this was 7 years ago. Frightening when you think about what they're capable of in private. I think it's fairly obvious that working chips are in use that are small enough to be inserted via a hypodermic syringe.

Foolish eh? Not quite as foolish as comparing a hiding Osama confined to the cave retreats of Afghanistan, to "our society". Such a scenario might be feasible for someone who is a general in the US Army, but is pretty nigh on impossible when one is holed up in a cave in Afghanistan, with no access to the internet and things like satellite phones jammed out of use. (Or not available.) I find it hard to believe that Osama could function at the same optimal capacity that Colin Powell would under similar circumstances. Not a question of his mind old chap, but his mobility being removed does rather crimp his ability for worldwide comms in a way that is rather performance inhibiting.

I don't present it as proof at all. I present it as a single piece of evidence (the one that came most readily to hand at the time) which carries much more weight when combined with all the rest. "Proof" is an artifical and subjective concept anyway, because some people just won't believe, not matter how much evidence is presented to them; where others will believe any old bollocks just because it's cool or "feels" right to them. The amount of evidence is the only thing that can really be judged, and I have neither the capability or the time to present it report style. For all my gifts, I'd need to be a book writer and a fully-fledged researcher to present the lot. I don't have huge problems with my self-esteem any more, but I know I'm not that good.
Back to the subject. Unfortunately you don't know (or have discounted as untrue) the backstory of the chain of world command. I obviously didn't have time to write it in this thread, as with the update it could stretch to nearly twenty thousand words anyway. I've not touched on it substantially in the other three either. The most provable instance of it's spread is how America's legal status is in question. I put the exact references in the earlier thread.

As for the backstory I mentioned, I'd reccomend someone who wants to find out from a more informed source than me, trys a few of the titles and references mentioned in the bibliography that the other two wanted. (The bibliography is in the second thread I think.) The references and sources are much better detailed than my stuff is.

Only if you follow your line of reasoning from your particular level of knowledge Myr. I'm not for one minute suggesting that I know all the answers or the only Truth, but I do know a lot of the lies. Most of your misconceptions about "Conspiracy" (or my brand of it anyway) come from the false idea that I'm falling for the trap of desperately trying to find patterns of logic in a swirl of chaos. Such a philosophy is, in my opinion, an excuse for lazy reasoning.

One of the most useless words in the English language is always. Nothing is ever always anything and only a foolish person believes so. Christians are never always of that faith because they arrived at their conclusions after consideration of all the historical evidence at their disposal. Neither are they always of that faith because they're mental cripples who need a mental and emotional crutch. Nor are they always of that faith because it's all they've ever known and they're too narrow-minded to consider anything else. There are countless reasons why a person would want to be a christian, some good and some not so good. Just the same, people who believe in political/religious/whatever conspiracies never always arrive at those conclusions because they're searching for order in the chaos, are weak-minded wankers who'll believe in anything or because they believe the weight of evidence lies heaviest in that direction. There are many who belong to all three of those definitions, and more besides I expect.

Back to the other points...
I've yet to find a solid point of fact contradicting me, that I've resorted to answering with "because they planted it" or "just because". I've either given much better reasons than that for disagreeing with the made point, or conceded that my detractor may be right. ( Yes, it does happen from time to time. 😱 Actually it happens quite often.) I've also yet to find a point that you've disagreed with me on (where I've not then agreed with your reasoning) where you actually offer anything other than a counter-theory to disprove. In your own way, you're just sticking to your own faith. The only points where you pointed to something that had some foundation as hard evidence, was the reference to George III's title (from which I referred any parties interested in investigating further to appropriate material) and the part that nanotech couldn't be manufactured within a closed enviroment such as NORAD. (Which was based on you wrongly assuming that I meant all manufacture and implementation of it was done there also, when I perhaps should have made clear that it was the most advanced applications and developments of it.) Even given that, I still accept that there are things I've gotten wrong and I'm always open to changing my mind because of new evidence. One of my biggest plus-points is the fact that I don't stick to a particular dogma so rigidly that I'm completely unadaptable.

Myriads said:

And sometimes people just won't believe in anything other than the presented version, when the weight of evidence points hugely in the opposite direction, with most counter-points being based on fallacies and wrongly considered assumptions. I'm sure both happen frequently and am in no personal doubt as to which is occuring here. Again the always point comes up here. People who won't believe anything different to their desperately limited conception of reality no matter what contradicts their opinion, never always refuse to change their mind because they're simply stubborn, believe the evidence inconsequential, or because they just can't face changing their mind without feeling threatened. There are many reasons and even more routes at arriving at them

That doesn't stop others agreeing with you of course Myr, and I'm not in the business of stopping them. Free choice, free speech. I reserve the right to change my mind about anything in the future, if something shows me I was wrong. I know full well that I'm as far from infallible as any human can be.

You're much more intelligent than most Myr (and please believe that I don't mean that in a patronising way, because I mean it with complete sincerity), but a master psycho-analyst you're not. The particular faith you choose to embrace is chaos-theory. Like the other ones you talk about, you're just fitting your own particular belief onto existence, so you can make personal sense of it.(Paradoxically it makes psychological sense, to make sense out of things just not making sense. Confused? Me too, even though I read the same page in the book on human thinking about twenty times.) I don't believe in it; just as I don't believe in luck, coincidence or accidents. I don't believe in pre-destination or all things happening for a "reason" either though. Reason is a human invention, used largely to reduce confusion at imcomprehensible things. What some call luck, fate or random chance, I think of as ajustments of multiple factors inclining events in or against one's favour. (Yes, I did rip off Alan Dean Foster for the wording there.)

Jesus, does this post nearly outstrip the original for length? I'm knackered now, not least because answering your quotes is extremely fiddly Myr, because I have to fart around adjusting the brackets, because you don't use the "quote" button. 😛

I think I'll bugger off for a while and work on the second section. No rest for the deluded. :dogpile:

Did you actually check the evidence I presented in the other thread before resorting to sarcasm, Jo? Not that you're under any obligation to do so, I accept. I realise you find this subject and anything directing critiscism at America to be distasteful. One wonders why you bothered to open the thread as you must know what to expect from me by now.

Big Jim. I tried to follow your logic, went through and sifted through fact vs. conjecture, and didn't come to the same conclusion. I've been to Iraq, Korea, and Afghanistan. Believe me when I say there are those operating in these countries who not only hate the U.S., but would relish in your hypothesis. You are pointing your finger at the wrong people. Bottom line, the U.S. Government will bring the majority of these terrorists to justice. This is not a U.S. conspiracy. Yes, 911 could have been avoided. It's kind of like saying someone breaking into your house could be avoided. I wouldn't underestimate Osama or his people. While you are focusing on the 9/11 conspiracy theory, you might want to watch over your shoulder at North Korea. I find in reading Myriad's response, that his conclusions seem more logical. I'm sure that you'll take this post apart sentence by sentence. Save yourself the trouble. Let's agree to disagree. And....let's get back to these posts pertaining to tickling.

Jimblast, you might want to skip to the bottom two paragraphs. I know you're not interested in a lengthy reply from me, but I wanted to write one for anyone who read this thread and saw your comments.

That's fine mate. As Neutron once said, there's no disgrace in two people looking at the same set of figures and coming to different conclusions. At least you looked at it, which is more than many would do.

Yup, there are plenty of them. There are also plenty of people in the United states and Great Britain who have an unreasonable hatred for anyone wearing a towel. Tragic and unfair, but true. It's amazing how similar people from different countries are.

I believe that the people the governments of the US and UK say are terrorists will stand trial and be found guilty, or be killed trying to evade capture. I don't defend people like Osama and Saddam. I just try to highlight the fact that their masters are infinitely more dangerous. The West created both of them, through funding, arming and training their minions; then discarded them when they wanted to play their trump hand.

Correct, it's isn't. But then I never said that it was.

I'll go one better than North Korea. Watch out for the biggest war since 1939-45 when we take up the cudgels with China around 2010-2012. As with this war, that one will be justified with bullshit evidence, unproven accusations and deliberate misleading of the public.

As for Myr, hey it's cool that you share his opinion. I'm sure many more do. I'd dearly love to see one of them try and refute my points though. (Going more on actual logic than sketchy assumptions about the mass psychology of a group of people.)

Sorry mate, I just couldn't resist it. If you don't want to read all this stuff, that's cool by me. We'll agree to disagree. That's what I do with most people on this subject. 🙂 You might be interested in seeing the update of this thread. I'm sure you'll disagree with it, but your comments on it would still be welcome. 🙂
As for tickling, HELL YES!!! :firedevil
Peace.

Below the belt there, Jimmie, m'boy.
Not to mention inaccurate!

I've learned one thing from all of this spewing. You're more profoundly insistent that your way is superior than others than ANY religious fanatic I've ever met. At least you have faith in something!

To answer your question....

I open your posts for entertainment (as I do all posts on the TMF).I close them after it turns personal.

Jo

:sowrong:

I've never heard any religious fanatic insist that they may be wrong and that everyone else is free to have contrary views without burning in hell. I generally get nettled by Myriads posts because he tends to generalise and stereotype. (Saying that ALL conspiracy believers are like they are because of the reason he believes.) That's why my reply to him was so exhaustive, as compared to my reply to Jimblast. Of course, I'm a complete windbag about every subject under the sun anyway, but a post like Myr's takes a lot of talking about, even by my standards.

I can certainly understand all the other readers of this thread wondering why the hell I just snapped at you a few hours ago. Quite possibly they think my snappy reply to you to be way in excess of a suitable response to the post you made originally. But then they didn't read the contents of the PM you sent me yesterday, did they? Quite frankly I'm sick of not being able to say anything critiscising American world leaders without you taking it as a personal affront or contemptuously dismissing it as beating a dead horse. Quite possibly even more of it than you are of reading my "spewing" remarks.
