There is a push be a handful of knuckle heads trying to force Beyonce to change her video of Déjà vu; they said that it is demeaning to females. I don’t know that the hell they’re talking about. Please can somebody tell me what’s wrong with it?

Feminists don't like it when prominent female celebrities are seen as sexual objects for men. I personally have no problem with the video. It was a little risqué, but I didn't find it overt.

Hmmm...the link I clicked on was for "Check On It" not "Deja Vu". But basically I saw the same video, I'm sure. I see why people would say it's demeaning to women, because it's just a bunch of women shakin their booty! I don't watch music videos anymore because they just aren't original. Most rap and hip hop are just alot of T&A, and other music genres are getting into the same thing. Why? Sex sells. We all know this. But to force the artists to change their music videos is just going to far to me. It's the same syndrome as the Harry Potter bashers, and the video game bashers; they need to just stop buying/watching/listening to the things that they don't agree with. No one is making us watch these music videos, so why the fuss?

i'm thinking it's because she says "you like what you see..check it out" meaning her butt i suppose..and some females will find that demeaning..sighs, some females will find anything demeaning.. i see nothing wrong with this video.. she is fantastic looking and i say if you've got it flaunt it..i suppose females see it as a put down that she is talking about physical body as opposed to the brain..gesh just change the channel if you don't like it..

Nothing wrong with that video at all. Quite tame, IMO.
