What tips should I give a vanilla ler? (for a session)

I have a tickle session soon with someone I found on Fetlife. She has experience in the kink world (her main kink is spanking I guess), and she is willing to explore other kinks as well. I send her a message and she is willing to have a session with me as a ler. She don't wan't to be a lee because tickling isn't her kink, but she said that dominating and humiliating is her thing, so she would like to tickle me. We gonna start without bondage, and later in the session she's gonna tie me up. It's the first time we're gonna use bondage for both of us.

Because she don't have experience with tickling, I would like to give her some tips about how she could tickle me. Tips can be about how she could pin me down (without bondage), how she could tie me up, which tickling techniques she could use, maybe I can suggest her some tools, how she could tease me (verbally and physical). That kind of stuff.

It is for both of us the first tickle session. Are there things we should know before we start? Some safety tips? (we're gonna use a safewoord)

Most of the quality-based stuff is totally individualized and simply communicating your specific interests and desires is important. Be reasonable with your expectations and just have fun exploring. There's always times in the future and new experiences to fully satisfy your fantasies and desires. Things to consider covering with her are: where you're ticklish (normally ticklephiles like to find this out themselves, but if it's not her thing, she might not have as much natural insight), whether you're into tools and which ones, what level of intensity you're interested in, what kind of teasing you like and dislike, any boundaries you have, the type of tickling you most prefer (hard/soft), etc.

From the safety aspect, when not using bondage, make sure you understand your actions to being tickled under the conditions you are planning. I'm always afraid of accidentally hurting someone when tickled out of bondage. Others have extreme control and there's no issue. If and when you use bondage, if she has no experience at all, having a simple set up is ideal. tying incorrectly can cause nerve damage and blood circulation issues. Cuffs and adjustable straps are much easier for beginners to use than rope. Additionally, ensure you have great trust in anyone who is tying you up. Being tied up can render an otherwise very powerful person, completely vulnerable to the simplest of dangers, whether nefarious or negligent. Be prepared for a quick out, no matter how the bondage is done. EMT-style shears (not your average scissors) are great for cutting most straps and rope in the event of an emergency (medical event, fire, etc.). Communicate any medical conditions that may need special consideration.
