One of my fave's, to add a cute and playful aspect to the session is:
Ooops, my fingers slipped *poke lee in a random spot*
Ooops, my fingers slipped *poke another random spot*
Ooops, there they go again! *poke yet another random spot*
Is quite effective, this one! 😀. Half the time you don't know whether they're laughing from the tickling or the line

I don't know if you'd call it teasing exactly, but I love anything that would make me laugh whether I was being tickled or not - an inside joke or just anything silly at all. It adds a much stronger aspect of fun to an already fun activity 🙂

I would say something like "Oh, your feet itch? I think Ill scratch them for you. After all, its the least I can do." Or I would make it a game, "Ill stop, but only if you can say the alphabet backwards." (*smiles with evil grin*)

By the way (to all those watching the diatribe), that wasn't a thread derailment. I was making reference to a most hilarious bit of verbal teasing. 😀
my sister in law is a master of verbal taunting

oh yeah, that's the spot, let it out
poor girl, i don't know how u can stand this
ok, i'll quit tickling this foot but i still have to do the other one
i'm not going anywhere, and neither are u
i can't stop, you're enjoying it too much
quit begging, save your breath, you're going to need it for laughing
this isn't the real tickling, in a few minutes you're really going to get it
and of course, rib counting is always great:
as soon as we count your ribs i'll let you go, when i tickle a rib, you yell out the number, (after three or four ribs) i'm sorry, i couldn't hear you, guess we'll have to start over
and tracing letters or numbers on the bottoms of feet:
if she gets the letters right it always spells "tickle me" or "more tickling" or something like that. if she gets a letter wrong she gets a severe foot tickling for a couple of minutes with all fingers
