What would it take?

I've been to a lot of foot parties and indulged my ticke fantasies to no end. What would it take to start a foot party in the Charlotte NC area?
The obvious answer is of course location and participation by fetish models. But in searching on Twitter that area seems to be loaded. Is this a missed opportunity?

I really want to start one, but the issue is finding a space. I wanted to do it at my personal dungeon play space(I would even have my custom built tickle furniture.), but the legal issues scare/prevent me. I also think doing it in a hotel room is skeevy and raises even more legal issues. The Loft in Gastonia once in a while has them, but I don't know of anywhere else. Most of the BDSM play parties in the Charlotte area are house parties that have play spaces or they rent the floor of a hotel. The Loft as far as I know is the only real venue in the Charlotte area, but they are really small. As to whether or not it's a missed opportunity in my personal opinion based on what I have noticed there are not a lot of fetish models or professional players like myself based in Charlotte. A lot of models don't visit either because there aren't a ton of job opportunities.

Nope, not a missed opportunity at all. I've seen many adverts for stuff in Charlotte or the triad area both on here and on Fetlife. They are probably still happening too. Probably just a matter of time, money and people actually showing up as far as the frequency goes.
