Extremetickling.com is worth joining because it's really cheap and they have a very wide variety of clips. Some of them are posted here or elsewhere for free, but some aren't and it's easier to find them there. I don't know if they add any new content; most of it has been there for some time.
I've joined Frenchtickling. They have some good stuff that I've seen so far, but it's not well-organized. The clips pages just have a bunch of thumbnails, one for each clip, and no descriptions.
It seems that most people these days are running clip stores instead of membership sites. It's a little disappointing because the clips are very expensive, usually about a dollar a minute.
