What's for dinner tonight?

Hi All,
I have to go grocery shopping tonight. The cupboard is bare. I had a late lunch so I have no desire to eat dinner, which I know I must or suffer the consequenses. Right Pete? 😱

Anyway, I need to be tempted. 😉 😛 Please tell me what you are having or had. It might spark some motivation.

Not really tempting, but I liked it: I nuked a few small potatoes in the microwave, then I roasted them in the pan along with a mixture of Mexican vegetables (kidney beans, green beans, corn, small corn cobs, sweet peppers, carrots, onions; comes deep-freezed in ready-to serve portions here), and I spiced all with some herbs, garlic, and a little tomato pulp.

not really helpful or tempting but i had mcdonald's and i sprung for a pizza for the rest of the family...(it had cheese,pepperoni,mushrooms,onions, and black olives 🙂)

Good thing I happened to see it. LOL I decided to go with a baked potato and salad. Not real ambitious tonight, but I do appreciate the suggestions. 😀
