What's the big deal?!: Ticklers

Ok so I get the whole, having a favorite "Ticklee", but a "-ler"? What's so special about "Ticklers"?

If you judge your favorite ticklee-model by their laugh, feet, reactions, etc., how do you judge your favorite tickler-model/person?

Also from what I've seen in the media section, most ticklers where mask (coincidentally most of these masked ticklers are males). And a certain Tasha from TickleAbuse seems to stand out.


What makes a tickler standout? Why?

So let me know your thoughts and opinion on, What's the big deal on Ticklers?

Hey Janey,

I prefer the male lers to do whatever possible to make themselves invisible. I prefer the blot out method that I think that Ticklehaven uses (correction: they only obscured the male ler in the Barbi clip). Maybe it is to obscure their true identity, but I look at it as a way to take the focus off of them. With females I can take it or leave it.

The best male lers for me are the ones who also stay silent. I do not want to be distracted by heavy breathing or deep throated taunting. My imagination is pretty good at inserting those things and I don't need help lol. As a matter of fact when I do tickle lees for a protracted period, I do not say anything at all. I know others will feel differently but that is my two cents.

There's a history behind this, Janey, and sadly some of it is still present today:

A LONG time ago, back in the old days of the 80's, 90's..... the almost always male ticklers who were in videos.....talked....the whole...fucking.....TIME!

You could barely hear the girl laughing because of so much damn yakking from some big fat guy or stupid scrawny guy.

Most producers ignored complaints, because they didn't care and just wanted a buck. (And boy, did they want a buck - some videos, on VHS tape, sold for $50, $60, $70!!)

Then people like Tickler in Black from Real Tickling and Jeff from Magic Touch started making videos for the community, actually being active members here, discussing politics and such along with selling their clips, with give them legitimate "street cred," because most people (except dickhead trolls) don't mind people selling their work, as long as they see us as a community instead of just an advertising base.

These new guys - shut the fuck up! and just tickled the girl.

Also the technique's improved. As Chris Nolan did with Batman - basically, just did the obvious, made a good movie! The ticklers ACTUALLY TICKLED THE GIRL'S FEET. Many years ago, ....and sadly STILL TODAY, and for the life of me I just...I just...I DON'T KNOW WHY, many ticklers.....don't tickle the girl.

FM Concepts used to be the worst with this, but there were many, many others, and a few still today. They don't just drag their fingers across the girl's sole, they like, tap the foot, or drum their fingers against their feet, or grab the toe, change positions, pause for a few seconds, poke the foot, change positions, grab another toe, move around, barely drum their fingers against her sole, etc.
The ticklee, either obviously doesn't laugh, or fake laughs, because you look at it and know she ain't being tickled!

So the few girls who would actually tickle the girl's feet, and just shut up, or used effective tickle talk (which is very little) they kind of gained fame among tickler lovers.
Priscilla, Tasha, Brooke, etc.

I know that in f/f tickling, lots of guys just like particular lers who are really hot, or seem to get really really into tormenting their victim, so I can understand why it's important then.

But in general, and for m/f clips, it's really just a minimum for me. Is the ler doing something to completely ruin the shoot? No? Good enough for me.

If the ler is a female, she also should attempt to not go overboard with the verbal teasing. In the end I want to hear the laughter of the lee. I'm not a fan of incessant begging either.

Anyways yea, the lee is the focal point for me.

I've actually had requests for both - some like the banter, some just want the laughing. So I've been mixing it up with what I shoot, to try and satisfy those who like either one.

So, we meet again. Some good questions lately, but I'm kind of getting disturbed by some of the answers.
Some years back I was doing my own home made tickling videos, as a thinly veiled excuse to tie up beautiful women and tickle them. I had gotten a couple of compliments on being a good tickler. One model, who works as a domme in another nearby city, (and does this on the side for fun and balance I guess), had initially told me her feet weren't ticklish. I had to try of course, and she was laughing and pulling. I said I thought you said your feet weren't ticklish. She replied, You have the touch. She also said she preferred my style of tickling, as most just do that poke poke thing. She also came back for seconds.
Another model got so turned on she came back a couple of times. Another model said I was one of the best. I like getting these compliments. So style has something to do with this. When I was on the receiving end, I'd get annoyed by those gals who just dug their nails into me. Once I found the perfect tickler, the one that could make me dance in my bounds, and tickled me to my limit and beyond, I kept seeing her. It's sad, but some people just don't know what they're doing, or they think tickling is supposed to be an unpleasant experience. I guess like with any art, some of us got it, some of us don't. Some of these people, I don't see how they stay in business.
I've also been annoyed by this recent trend of male lers wearing masks, like it's more an abduction scenario, or some low budget horror film, rather than two people just having fun and sharing some laughs. I've complained about this a few times, and got some interesting responses. They said guys don't like to see other guys doing the tickling, they'd rather imagine themselves in the role. As an abductor? I didn't get that as it never bothered me, as I was able to enjoy and appreciate the scene. Even one of the producers who wears masks had stated this. I myself don't buy videos where the guys are wearing masks, but then, I don't like low budget horror films to begin with.
As of ticklers talking too much, I rarely came across that. Maybe I was lucky, but some banter is okay by me. It's always good to check in anyway. That model who said I was one of the best would look like she was really suffering, being hyper ticklish, and when I'd ask if it was gettting to be too much, she stagger out it's okay. She loved going over the edge, but she didn't like watching herself being tickled, as she said it always made her feel sorry for herself.

It's a tough call - because you want to balance what you want to shoot with what the customers want - and you never know when you get feedback on here if it's coming from people who actually buy your clips. I try to satisfy as many requests as I can, and stay open to suggestions/ideas, but I've implemented recommended changes from some folks before, and it's actually hurt sales in some cases.

Personally I prefer the tickler to be female to male, but that asside I think what makes a great tickler is somebody who engages with their victom. One of the reasons why Priscilla James is one of my favourite ticklers of all time, is because she would often taunt and tease the victom while she expertly tickled them to hell and back. She was also a women who knew how to tickle, which as already mentioned, is a big plus. I've also seen my fair share of videos where the tickler just doesn't seem to know what they are doing, poking the person with their index finger a few times, or tickling for maybe a second or two, then stopping, then going again. Sadly some ticklers just lack enthusiam or the skills needed to make a good video.

You apparently didn't read much. That a lot of guys prefer the male lers in the videos to look like abductors, or something from a low budget horror film, and I guess that means like serial killers as well.

When I bought clips before I started making them, I always liked masked men - it made them anonymous, which made it easier to fantasize about being in their place. Nothing to do with serial killers.

So your saying you prefer what UKtickling does where he never shows his face as oppose to the use of a mask? Do you like bondage? To me that seems worse than someone wearing a mask. Hmmm maybe the mask is just something to make the tickler seem "generic" or something that the audience can easily put themselves, as far as imagination goes, into. Lets analogize it with, god forbid, twilight (Yes I read the damn book! And NO I DIDN'T LIKE IT!). Bella Swan is a generic teen that the twilight fan-girls can easily relate themselves or replace Bella all in all as they read the novel. So maybe that's the same generic-ness purpose of the masked ticklers.
