What's worse for Lees...

Being tied up is great - but what's worse for the ticklee...

being blindfolded and not having a clue where the next tickle attack is going to come from, or

NOT being blindfolded, and having to watch those terrible, awful, wiggling, mercilessly tickling fingers slowly make their way to your most vulnerable spot?

To be honest I've come to find that watching the fingers tickles far greater and is far more arousing for me. I love it 😀

Both have their own tortorous aspects; however, for me, being able to see the Ler's eyes as she readys herself to attack greatly intensifies the entire scene.

If one cannot tickle oneself, it's all due to tickling requiring some degree of unawareness and surprise. Therefore, it's quite obvious that being blindfolded would inccrease the lee's reaction an make her/him feel more nervous about his/her future in the session. I firmly believe that everyone wants to see things as they are however frightening they can be, rather than being unaware of them. It works the same with tickling: I personally would prefer to see what's happening to me (if I were the lee) rather than being hidden the terrible truth of my desperate condition.

Seeing builds the anticipation and makes me nervous and uncomfortable...the perfect condition for being tickled like crazy. Blindfolded does help make me more ticklish, but if the anticipation gets built up and the 'ler really plays it up, being able to see makes it much much worse.

I find it more intense with a blindfold, but i dont think its got anything to do with knowing where and when the tickling is coming, I think it aids me in feeling less self conscious, because im hiding away, the ler cannot see my eyes or facial expression therefore I feel more comfortable.

if by worse u mean more ticklish, then being blindfolded certainly makes me feel more ticklish and the tickles seem more intense to me! sometimes my tickler hubby likes to do that to me but more often i think he likes to c my eyes, look into my eyes as he is about to tickle me or as he is tickling me...it really strengthens the bond between us.

While not seeing it coming can be fun, it's much more effective for me if I see it coming. Seeing the ler's expressions and wiggling fingers before and during the tickling always drives me nuts.

Like most of these questions, the answer depends on the 'lee. For example one of my favorite 'lees finds that a blindfold is often "worse" for her in a bad way - she likes being able to make a visual connection with her 'ler if she's able to. She enjoys a blindfold much more when she's face down.

Okay, let's turn this around - what's more fun for the LER?? Personally, I like both methods - I like to watch my victim's eyes as he/she sees my terrible tickling fingers going for that vulnerable spot. I also like blindfolded, and then telling the lee that I'm going to hit a particular spot - and then maybe I do, and maybe I don't.... maybe I get it later, maybe I hit it several times in a row... especially the most vulnerable spots.

Both work really well, but I have to give the edge to the blindfold. My wife only blindfolded me once during our little private sessions and have never done it again upon my request...this should be fun to know by all the people who have been tickling me in the *Sketch* Must Be Tickled thread in the Silly Stuff Forum...
