This is a general question for those who wish to answer. There is no right or wrong answer. the question is, When is love not acceptable? When does loving somebody become wrong? However, i want to make it clear, that the love i'm talking about, is not lust, or obsession. I'm talking about two people loving each other beyond anything they can understand. A love that is returned as fiercly as given. I'm curiose, as to when the line is drawn. When is it no longer ok to love a person?

The only time I think that loving someone is not ok is if it inteferes with that person's ability to function.
When a person becomes unable to keep food, clothing and shelter, (clinical basic needs) it is time to spend less time loving another.

Other than that, most of the philosophies I've read, that were worth my time reading, state love is unconditional, even for those that cannot or choose not to reciprocate.

i think that love is no longer ok, when the two people involved are just going thru the motions and it becomes something that they have to do...not something that they feel or want in their lives anymore...also, through alot of thinking...i've realized that being romantically in love with someone is not ok when that person realizes that they don't love you the same way (had this happen quite a few times).
