I was on social media the other day and I saw that one of my "friends" (aka, those people you knew for a brief period once in your life and are now doomed to an eternity of feigned friendship thanks to Facebook) had checked into a salon. There were numerous likes and one comment, and I thought the picture looked somewhat familiar. When I looked further, I was stunned to see that the reason I recognized the picture is because it was a quite famous former fetish model, who now apparently works at said salon.

At first, I was dubious. There's no way you go from Florida to my neck of the woods, but upon visiting the salon's website, I found her picture again, and this time there's no mistaking it.

Now, of course there's no way I'm going to do anything about this. In fact, this entire escapade has me thinking about getting out of the social media game entirely. However, I thought it was worth noting, if only to see if anyone has had similar experiences. Anyone else fall victim to this small world syndrome?

Sure. I came across Holly Ryder in Carls Jr one time. It was during her brief bizarre Holly Ryder Foundation days and I actually admired the work she at least said she was doing with that. So I made the mistake of trying to talk to her about and she was NOT friendly to say the least.

Btw I never would talk to a fetish model about that work if I encountered her in a vanilla setting.

There are at least a couple of former fetish models making lots of money in real estate, but others are not so fortunate. I know one who is struggling to get by, still does sessions at times but clearly doesn’t want to, having a hard time finding a place in the regular world.

Most of them leave the business and go on to have relationships and families and careers.

I haven't had that experience! But if I did, I would find a low key way to say hello and that I liked her prior work -- IF I could do it in a way where no one else could hear or see, so there would be no risk of making her uncomfortable because of what others saw or heard. If she doesn't like the fact that I recognized her and said something polite about it, well, that would be her choice but I wouldn't feel bad about having taken the chance.

I think I 100% know who you are talking about lol. But ya! I have actually met quite a few in NY and some are friends now actually. Some do consider coming back actually. But I don't recommend approaching models about their previous profession like some above said. It can end poorly lol

I don't have the balls to approach any model, past or present, in a vanilla setting especially about the work they've done.

How weird would that sound? "Hey, I have videos of you getting tickled from years back and I've been masturbating to those videos for years. I loved your work! "

As I said, I have no intention of ever doing anything with this information, outside of just finding it funny how small the world is. We always wonder "Whatever happened to ________" - Well now we know, sometimes they show up where you least expect them!

Of course not. It's not your privacy at risk.

I agree with Wolf. I wouldn't recommend approaching a former model. Even if the employer knows of the model's former life, you don't want to validate any concerns the employer might have. Like, don't jeopardize a person's career.

I would never reach out to one. Doesn't matter if I, myself, am not a dirt-bag, but you have to respect that fact that most of these models are going to be creeped out instinctively by some stranger approaching them about their fetish work in public, or even on social media. It's, ahem, a ticklish subject to broach in a mainstream context, putting aside the basic fact that you're a stranger to them in the first place. These people have given us years of pleasure from their media, so leave them alone. Believe me, they won't think their "fans" have forgotten them. Most were in it for money en route to bigger endeavors (this fetish is a big deal to us, but it's not exactly the big time in the big picture for them). Bottom line: Look at things from others' perspective before you leap.

Know of one major retired fetish star who lost a good job as a hostess at a restaurant in LA because she kept being recognized and management just did not want that "image" associated with their restaurant. Don't know that its relevant but she was also a major adult film actress.

Another one had someone approach her in a grocery store with "Hey, are you (fill in stage name)?" when the retired model was with the then eleven year old daughter!

Not quite the same thing but an awkward experience to the say the least. I used to play at the Dominion quite a bit when I was younger and single. For those not familiar with it, it's a dungeon where you can hire woman for many non sexual things. Tickling of course being one of them, and I used to play with one girl rather frequently. I' ve since married a vanilla lady who indulges my fetish because we're in love. Anyway 4 years and a 1 year old boy later were out eating guess who chooses the same restaurant having what seemed like a very corporate business meeting , I still laugh to myself about it because we both recognized each other and really just went of out of our way not to make eye contact.

These women do not care how much you liked their video, and they do not care how big of a fan you are. Just leave them the fuck alone. Is it really that hard?

Apparently for some guys it is 😂 ... If a fetish model is still actively doing sessions and you are paying for her time, then you can probably tell her how much you loved her videos or whatnot. If she's just out somewhere trying to go about her day... Yeah it's creepy and lame 😂 shit I would feel creepy and lame if I just saw a musician I loved or other famous person out doing whatever and decided to geek out on them and tell them or aask them anything ) 😉 and that would probably not be too strange, but I still would feel self-conscious like it was lame and they probably get that all the time and find it annoying as fuck
. . But with a porn model?? 😂 That'd be a whole nother level of lame and annoying. 😂

I think women here in general though don't get into the fandom over tickle fetish models nearly as much as guys. Ok I like some videos too and have a started to learn a few names from watching more of what ppl recommend me based on (old) vids I like... But you guys who can name dozens of these girls and what companies they work for and names of their vids... Well I guess you help pay to keep their content going, but the #1 thing I think is "damn dude you watch too much porn" 😂

😂

I think the creepy factor is hidden in between the lines of the last thing said by the person who said they would approach, they "wouldn't feel bad they took a chance". ...took a chance on what exactly?? That they'll be like, hey you watch my fetish porn? Cool, let's hook up 😂. The best you could hope is they discreetly tell you they still session and how much it would be/ how to contact them ... But, if a guy randomly approaches a porn chick, ANY type of porn not just fetish/tickling, to let them know they watched them have sex on camera and/or do sexual things on camera, the creepy subtext is that this is almost always with a vibe of "soooo what are we going to do about this??". Like if a chick was in videos some guys seem to assume that she must be a freak all day every day and might drop her panties for you because you jerked off to her videos. 😛

It would be his as well if he’s the one opening up publically about his ‘likes’. Discretion is for both sides of the video screen.

I had a professional woman that I used to play with - and eventually became friends with - find me in a mall, call out my name, and then remind me of her real name and her modeling name, because we had lost touch over a move to a new, further-away city. I was alone (she was with a friend) so that was more amusing than anything.

yeah thats kind of bullshit. Sure it's embarrassing to get caught out for watching " weird porn." W the internet you can say or get away with writing off anything you view. How many ppl are into 2 girls 1 cup, vs how many watched it for morbid curiosity or as a prank? It's much, much different if it's your face, potentially naked body, doing potentially whatever sex act or fetish scene captured forever on camera to be viewed and shared by anyone. Former play partners is also different than 'I never met you before but I jack off to you' too.

I actually met the girl from Dominican Princess Gang Tickled working in McDonalds in Manhattan.

She and I got along really well for those 90 minutes I was in there waiting for someone.

Look, it depends on who initiates contact. If I am with my four year old son, and some women who I used to play with at some dungeon came up to me and starting talking about how I tied and tickled her 10 years ago, I would be fucking pissed. And in this case I would actually would have met this woman before. Some people are talking about approaching someone they have never met before in public. That is seriously fucked up.

I'm not a model or famous, but years ago I had some tickling info on the internet and someone I didn't know too well approached me in person and mentioned it, and it was a very awkward feeling. I was on a different site and they somehow found me in person. Small world, and there are creepy ones out there.

That is your story; not mine. Our engagements would be different.

And most of us approach people we’ve never met practically every day as we live our lives.

This is the best story!

How many of those interactions are initiated because you masturbated to their work, which they probably did under a pseudonym?
You're ignoring a big piece of they dynamic, here.
