Where are tickling sessions held, since they must be very noisy

I always wondered where all the people on the TMF, who talk about having sessions, where do you do it? I live in an apartment building, so obviously that's not a good place, but even people who own their own house, I would think people outside walking by can still hear all the loud laughter...do you soundproof the house???

And the people outside who hear it, I wonder what they must think? That kind of laughter can sound pretty intense I bet, like someone getting hurt...I'd worry about someone calling the cops!

Yes, hotels, so I've heard. I think NEST is held at one, right? Though I've never been to NEST. I would think people would complain of the noise, but my guess is the people doing the tickling and laughing try to keep the noise down.

Thanks for that. This looks like a fortress, an actual dungeon, so yes, I can understand why a place like this would work, and it being in this kind of industrial area. I'm not sure all these "sessions" that TMF members always talk about are held in these kind of places, but this looks pretty safe!

All the LOL clips and unfilmed sessions at the time were shot in the basement of someone's house. I know the young daughters of our next door neighbors heard Rhi laughing in her first clip because they asked about it the next day. We just said something vague about "messing around" and it went no further, although as they got older they alluded to it once or twice.

Aside from that, in pre clip store days, the police were once called to the apartment of a woman I was dating (and tickle torturing) in Philadelphia, but fortunately she was untied by the time they arrived and able to reassure them, so that was a little awkward but no harm done.

Those are the only two times in probably a hundred or more sessions (?) when I'm aware neighbors or passersby heard anything. Rhi and my Philly friend were definitely among the louder lees I've known.

OK, well that definitely makes sense, it being done in a basement, as I think that's an area people outside would be less likely to hear it, but I would not think totally, if the laughter were especially loud. I've seen some of these tickling videos, and they can be pretty intense. But I'm not surprised about your experience of the police being called, I think that would be a common occurrence.

After getting to know someone and establishing trust, some will host at their place, but that shouldn't be an expectation. And then there's always the classic car session, which I've done a few times. It's not ideal for sure, but it can be a fun introductory session to see how everyone is feeling without committing to a full session.

Yeah I get it, thanks. I agree that apartment buildings or hotels are not ideal, because of the way the sound carries, some more so than others. And I can see how a car session would at least give you a feel for a brand new person.

I think ultimately a dungeon would be the ideal kind of place, if you can afford to make one.

But if they heard laughter and teasing from tickling, they'd likely think, what a couple of weirdos. Then I'd have to deal with them seeing me later, and knowing my secret, etc.

Most of the places where I've had sessions were houses that were not placed too close to other houses. During hotel sessions, I just hoped for the best. A few times I taunted my partner trying to get her as loud as possible and telling her I wanted the neighbors to know how ticklish she was. I never had any issues.

And the fact that those neighbors brought up being able to hear us because they were cool with left me absolutely convinced that there were definitely other neighbors who could hear us but didn't bring it up because they thought it was annoying or immature or embarrassing or whatever. So I came away from that even more self-conscious about being audible -- not that I was able to exert any control over that whatsoever.

Nowadays I live in a house but I still suspect, whenever my wife or her sister or our friend Sarah gets their mischievous mitts on me, that neighbors walking their dogs past the property must certainly be able to hear my shrieks of laughter and shake their heads judgmentally as they go by.

This happened at her place, which was in an apartment building. I picked her up at work, we went and got some lunch and drinks and socialized, then went to her place. My wife and I lived in an apt building and the apt above us was rented by this woman with a wild side...she and her BFs were noisy having sex but we. heard a few tickle chase games played as well.....startring on the small deck and continued down the hallway to the bedroom..she was caught and tickled a few times before getting to the bedroom..where sometimes all ticklish hell and begging let loose!!!
and one guy had this demonic cartoon laugh when he caught her ...he'd bellow HA HA HA Got you now!....
she didn't t seem to care!

Exactly, this is what I thought, that even in a house, I'm sure there's people who can hear it from time to time. Especially if it's three in the morning and everything outside is completely silent! All I can say is, I wouldn't mind hearing it myself, I'd get pretty excited hearing something like that!

Some of my very early sessions was with a noisy Lee when I was in a block of units. I was in unit 2 and it backed onto Unit one.
