One day I am just a little girl.
Coloring and playing with dolls.

One Blink.

Now I am a teenager.
Dating and going to dances.

One Blink

Now I am a Mom.
Changing diapers and watching Seasame Street.

One Blink

Now my kids are bigger than ME
Dating and going to dances.

One blink

Now they are gone.

Sunrise,Sunset,swiftly flow the years.Seedling's turn over night to sun flowers.It's amazing how time get's away from us.And the older i get,the faster the time seems to slip away.This time of the year reminde's me even more of that for some reason.Perhaps it's the shorter day's,the tree's sheding their folaige,i really don't know.Sorry i did not mean to get maudlin here.

i can certainly relate....i graduated from high school in 1991 and the last 15 years seem to have gone by in a blur. funny thing is, the older I get the faster time seems to move. because of this i have a newfound appreciation for things and try not to "waste" any time , and accomplish as much as i can on any given day......

Its really nice to see you post a bit of your poetry. I hope you do more. You know its bad when your kids comment on how fast time is going.
