Anyone know where I can find the clip for this pic? I know that's Nurse Lisa, but this is not a Tickle Abuse clip.

I think that's Darth Sidious from Stryker Ent but it might have been an interview clip only not one for sale.

I guessed from the watch on his left hand and tickling style.
