I don't think it really makes much difference what type they have. They're either ticklish there or not. Mine is my all time worst (or best?) spot to target on me. Scratch lightly along the inner edges just right and I'm totally overwhelmed with the sensations and often become completely helpless. It's a terrifying and delightful sensation at the same time.
