In my opinion Starr from tickling paradise is the best tickler in the whole world from both genders,she is better than all male and female ticklers i've ever seen,You just have to watch renaissance tickling video from tickling paradise,
she kills the girl named Tracy when she was tickling her feet with her hands.

and she's a great tickler, but have u seen any videos where ticklees

I think that Starr is a great LEE .... but Gia from PV is a way better LER than Starr .........

For me personally, Lazarus is the best tickler in the world because he can torture me like no others could if given the opportunity. But that comes from him having two years experience in learning my body, zones, and most effective techniques.

Aside from Lazzy, I do have to comment on one TMF members 'magic hands', which I had the utmost pleasure of experiencing at a gathering 2 years ago: TikleBelly. The man is gifted with one of those shiver inducing electric touches that can melt a lee into a giggling mass of goo within minutes. A rare and wonderful infliction to be blessed with. Perhaps some of the subs at Passive Arts or Dominion can echo my sentiments here, as several of them have found themselves under his touch too. A true tickler through and through.

On the female ler end, my props go to QBWeaver. I have witnessed this woman tickle victims to a point where they can do nothing aside from scream and babble incoherently. Her skillfull digits should be bronzed and displayed at the TMF hall of fame.

Kis, You are absolutely correct about me being under 5 feet tall as I am 4'6 tall but as I was at Nest this year you could be very surprised at just how strong I am especially when I am determined and persistent and that I may not be as big as some but I do make a pretty good Ler as a few of people who have met me at Nest have seen..
ps: I got ticklkitten really good at one fond memorable time hanging out in Qbweavers room

I don't doubt you'd be a formidable ler. When someone's being tickled, size really doesn't matter! But the picture in my imagination is pretty funny all by itself!

yeah, I dared to tell TH "go pick on someone your own size" she was riding on my back as I was trying to crawl out of the room! Shes certainly tenacious....

But besides that, I don't do the video thing but in real life Jeff and Jamie are the best of the best when it comes to being a ler... and loralee is a close second.

I think each tickler has their own way to tickle and each ticklee has their own preferences on how they want to be tickled.

How I prefer to tickle a woman may be perfect for some, however others may crave a different experience.

After all these years in the on-line tickling community and after reading thousands of posts, one thing is clear to me, there is huge diversity in what people seek from tickling, on both sides of the feather.

For me, tickling is far more than just moving fingers or feathers on the skin. There is an entire psycho-sexual exchange that can happen between the tickler an ticklee that can take the experience to a whole other level.
