The title of the thread says it all. I'm looking for the artist who created this pic. Is he/she a member of the forum?

No one knows who did it. Awww 🙁 I was hoping someone could shed some light on the artist's identity since I'm looking for a good poser artist at the moment.

No one drew it. They rendered it. 😛

But really, I havent' the foggiest. Poser art doesn't interest me much, so I can't help ya.

It was posted on the TicklingForum about a little over a year ago by a 3-D tickling artist that I believe had a 3-D animated foot being tickled in his sig.
Unfortunately... I forget who it was at the moment, but I'll see if I can remember in time.

Hopefully that little information helps. It should definitely narrow your search.
