I was thinking about this...
Whenever they do the "Rememberances" montage at the Academy Awards of people in the film indusrty who died the year before, they usually leave someone out accidently. Did anyone notice someone missing?
My memory could be in error, since I don't have the segment on tape in front of me, but I think they left out John Vernon (who was Dean Wormer in "Animal House", but who also played in the Wayans' "I'm Gonna Get You Sucker", Hitchcock's "Topaz" ... and "Killer Clowns From Outer Space'!)
I think Sandra Dee might have been missed as well. Again, not sure. Dan O'Herlighy was missed, I know. And yet they put in Russ Meyer!!
