An excellent question and welcome to the forum.

Although this was actually asked some time last year, and after extensive research combined with a secret ballot, the answer apparently was me.

Of all the legends of the community that I've seen giving demonstrations at NEST, I'd say that Lee Allure is the best.

The only way to judge this properly is to create a panel of three to five ticklees (female preferably) and invite all our ticklers to enter - after a tickling session with each, the ticklees could then decide who is the best tickler - this would require ticklers with stamina since each would have to complete three to five tickling sessions - also, ticklee judges with stamina since each would take a tickling session with each entrant.
