Who realy started Tickling Men or Women?

I got a feeling it was a women, a long, long time ago.
The reason i feel this way, is after i bought a tape about a ? given to women on what thay would do, if thay found a good looking man tied down to the bed with his close on , but was bare footed. I could not believe how much thay would love to tickle torture his feet. Made me believe that women started the tickle crazz.
Any thoghts?

Please forgive my amateur anthropology, but perhaps it started with mothers tickling their babies to get them to stop crying. In terms of tickling being sexual, I would say it started with males tickling females since, on a purely primal level, males generally have the upper body strength to hold a female down and tickle her.
