Who Wants To See A Live-Action"Popeye" Film Again?

I'm well aware of the Robin Williams/Shelley Duvall film,but I think that movie could've used the classic "Bridge Ahoy" scene to have made it even better than it should've been!With that said,should we make a new Popeye film,with the "Bridge Ahoy" scene included,and if so,who should play Olive Oyl,so we can watch her boot being peeled back and her foot tickled?
