I think part of the problem might have been coming to the TMF and not knowing what to expect. If you've been here before, you understand that there are discussion forums and there are friendships that have been built up over years.

If it is your first time though, things can be pretty overwhelming. Hell, look at the sidebar right now. I'm sure all of that is pretty shocking to someone outside of our way of thinking. I totally agree women seem to love the power they get by tickling there man. I never had that problem. Well, at least she knew in advance that you have an interest in tickling. With today's technology, it would be only natural for someone with said interest to type "tickling" into the search engine and wind up with a gazillion options. I know she didn't react overly excited when mentioning what she found on the computer but she didn't call you a creep or anything, so that's a very good sign indeed.
