To my knowledge, there are two brief moments on that show involving tickling. One of them is just a mention of the word:
SCENES FROM A HAT: "Bad things to say when confronted and cornered by a street gang"
Greg Proops: "Ok ok ok .. wait wait wait ... tickle fight!"

Here's the other, which occured during a game called Deleted Scenes:
(Ryan Stiles sits down and points his finger at Kathy Greenwood.)
Ryan: E.T. want lap dance!
Kathy: Ok, but don't tickle!
(Kathy starts dancing sensuously, and giggles after Ryan gets her in the belly.)
