I was watching this show on MTV. The two girls were getting a pedicure and the brunette girl started laughing, when they started scrubbing her feet. The blonde hair girl, Hayley(I believe), asked if it tickled, and the brunette said yes. Nothing major, but it was cute.
 
I'd like to see this clip also, but I haven't heard of this show either.
