Why can't I get the Smilies to OPEN?

I can only use the Smilies that are currently displayed.

When I click on MORE I get a box that Microsoft is looking into the problem.

Do you have a pop-up blocker enabled? The smiley window is a pop-up window and a pop-up blocker may interfere with it.

Which browser do you use? Internet Explorer is my assumption, although the specific version is needed.

I'm trying it now. It is Internet Explorer that shows up.

Have you tried using a different browser when accessing the smileys? Alternatives include Opera, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. It could be an IE setting that is preventing the pop-up from working.
