Why do I still get nervous?

Been with my partner for 5 years and she knows I love tickling and she does tickle me now and again.

For some reason I still get really nervous about just downright asking her to tickle me. Quite irritating now and I have no idea why?
 
That's part of the whole power dynamic that makes fetishes "fun" to begin with. I mean, if everybody thought tickling was arousing, wouldn't it be the norm?
 
I have the same issue, and mine is due to lack of confidence about my leeish side. I started out as a 'ler and now I'm a 50/50 switch-and when I get leeish, sometimes some of that old "it's a weakness" thinking comes into play. Best way I've found to get around it is to bite the bullet and ask anyway-as long as you're with a partner you're sure will reassure you and give you what you want 😉
